Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says "can't connect to this network right now, try again later"Solved1.8KViews1like13ComentariosHow to configure WiFi Settings like Channel, bandwidth in TM Gateway Model: TMO-G4AR?
Hi all, I've TM Gateway Model: TMO-G4AR. Can someone please let me know how i can configure wifi settings like channel, bandwidth, 802.11 mode in this device? Greetings T-mobile community! I have bought a used (T-mobile) Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G from a friend of mine and when I tried to change Network mode (from automatic to 4G or 5G only) I couldn't as the option to do so was not available (was blured/grayed). side notes: 1-I'm using a sim card fromdifferent operator. 2- By going to Settings- Connection- Mobile Networks, you should be able to see the option to change Network mode. I appreciate your kind support with this matter. Cordialmente,399Visto0likes5Comentarioshelp accessing gateway administrator settings
Help! I factory reset my home Internet this morning and I can no longer access the admin settings. When I access the home Internet app it keeps logging me in automatically to the custom name and password I had before the reset. Even in my phone settings I can't get to the settings for the router through the IP address, keeps telling me the site can't be reached. What can I do to get to my admin settings again?337Visto0likes1ComentarioWhat do I need to do to enable OEM unlocking?
I recently got an insurance-provided Motorola One 5G Ace and would like to use LineageOS on it, but the option to enable OEM unlocking is greyed out and says "Connect to the internet or contact your carrier." I was able to enable this setting on another insurance-provided phone before, but I can't remember what I did to do it. I read online somewhere you have to wait 7 days, is this true?Solved206Visto0likes7ComentariosIs it possible to change settings regarding cloud VPN services? Be it firewall or otherwise.
I work from home part-time and use a provided router that automatically connects to a cloud VPN to access internal sites and tools. I was talking to some of our networking guys and they said that there's often issues with the 5G networks and the traffic that is allowed through them (MTU size and traffic shaping). So I wanted to find out if it's possible to alter the T-Mobile gateway settings for any kind of firewall thatcan turn off or to allow to turn off traffic shaping/allow VPN bypass. I figure there's a strong chance I may have to contact T-Mobile tech support proper. The current app for changing the network settings doesn't seem as comprehensive/useful as going through the internal OS UI on a home router (like Asus or Netgear).185Visto0likes2Comentariosinternal Router Options?
How do I access my router settings on my modem. The normal way via web portal says to use the app. The app has no settings. If this is really the only options available, ie cannot set DMZ, cannot set bridge mode to you your own router, network mapping and all that jazz, I will be going back to vzw internet. Their modem has a full router built in that let's you fully customize your internet. And if infact there is no way to change any of this, you need to warn people saying: Your server projects for school will fail Your games will run like crap and may not even work due to network mapping. Multiplayer games will run very very badly and party functions won't work170Visto0likes1Comentario
