I ordered the Gray Green 512gb Samsung Z Fold 4 last Friday. 2-day delivery. T-mobile site and UPS site stated it was to arrive between Tuesday 11/25-11/30/22. Today isSunday 12/04/22. I've called and spoken to multiple representatives from both T-mobile and UPS. UPS sent a notice via email that they were Out for Delivery on 11/29//22. No update given that they were changing the delivery date. Instead the next day the site says the package status is"The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." They offered no active solution except to wait and because UPS couldn't find the package in their warehouse:to file a claim. T-Mobile & UPS representativesall keep telling me to wait because: (UPS) - its still being processed. They can't find it. it might be on a truck. (but if its on a truck its been in the truck since Tuesday 11/29/22). Its beena week now. (T-Mobile) - Its the holiday and its most likely delayed. UPS shipping update states that the package was received at the local UPS 11/28/22 & Out for delivery on 11/29/22 @9:39am. Its been over a week. I'm filing a claim. I've been billed for a device that I did not receive. This is a trade-in and upgrade. The 30-day shipping window for sending in my device for trade-in is about to lapse. Please help. If its going to be a hassle like this, I don't want the phone. Do something to help resolve this. ¿Cuáles son mis opciones? I don't want to be billed for a phonethat I did not receive. Its almost the 2nd month for the billing date of this phone that I did not receive and the 30-day window for trade-in is about to lapse. UPS has lost my phone order from T-Mobile before and gave me an empty box. Please don't let this happen again. I've been a loyal Tmobile customer for many years. This is a terribly disappointingexperience. I would recommend a more secure way for your customers to receive their order: Pick up shipped order at the local T-Mobile store. Or better yet, have UPS ship the phone to a local T-Mobile store. That way, your customers do not need to waste their time chained at the door. Modern times, need modern efficient solutions. 06/30/2024, I came to the store to trade-in my phone. They didn't have any s24 ultra in stock. So they had to order it on online. The phone came 07/02/2024 without the the return slip for my old phone s22 ultra. So I went to the website how to return the phone. It literally said bring it to a t-mobile store. So I brought it back to the t-mobile store. The female employee said they can't ship it for me. I have to do it because it had to be order from the store. I told her it was order from this store. So she took my phone. 07/07/2024, they called me I have to grab the phone and give it to UPS. I called 611. The male agent told me they should return it for me. The male agent sent me the shipping label. The male agent told me bring the phone and shipping label to them, and they will bring the phone to UPS for me for sure. I went back to the store, and again Giovanni the male employee dealt with me saying I have to bring the phone back to the UPS. I called 611 right there. This time a female agent received my phone call. She told me and Gio that a t-mobile store's job to return the phone with the speaker on. Gio didn't listen to the agent and keep speaking over our conversation. So the female agent handed over the phone to the leader. The leader also said the same thing to me and the Gio with the speaker phone on. Again Gio didn't listen to the leader. And he lost temper at me and keep speaking over our conversations. He print the return page on the website which I read it over and over and many many times. The reason why he won't return the phone for me because the store is 3rd party and the new phone is shipped to my home. The return page has "if shipping is required or easier for me" section, and none of what he said is mentioned in that section. He said they are there and I said they are not there over and over. He told me that I don't have a common sense. He also told me going to call a cop and leave the store. I hung in there, then finally he called the cop. 611 was still on the line, so immediately told the leader he is name calling me that I don't have common sense and called the cop. The leader called the store and the cop didn't come. The leader told me sorry for this incident and promised me to give him disciplinary action. Also promised 611 will do the follow up with me how did it go. I end up brought the phone back to UPS. I just bought a phone on labor day, it shipped the following day. It arrived at UPS destination warehouse over 5 days ago, it has missed it's estimated delivery date, and now it just says "N/A, check back later" UPS says there's nothing I can do bc I'm not the shipper. We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. I was already pretty incensed that the upgrade page outright lied in print about the cost, something I meticulously checked over after the fact. Finally decided that wasn't a fight worth starting, and ordered a phone upgrade, last week. It has been so long that the pending charge has dropped off of my bank. There are no updates or indications of when or why this is happening. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a long time. I have ordered a new Iphone14 with next day shipping. I got an email last Wednesday sayingthat my phone will arrive before 7pm but it has never arrived. I checked the tracking number, and it shows that the phone arrived at the UPS facility in Jersey but is not moving anymore. I called UPS, they told me that they cannot locate the phone and we have to open a claim, but they told me that they have a special agreement with T-Mobile, so T-Mobile has to open the investigation, not me. I called T-Mobile and after 45min talking with the representative told me that he opened an investigation, and they will let me know. Since then, I haven't heard from anyone and the phone still is not moving, I called UPS and they told me that T-Mobile has never opened a claim!!!! (Even though I am tired typing this experience!!!) I called T-Mobile and the representative told me that she will fix the issue, after waiting on the line for 30min, she told me she called UPS, and they cannot locate my phone!?! I was like I already told you this story, tell me something I don't know or how you are going to fix it. She told me that they shipped the phone, but UPS lost it. I am sorry but I don't care who lost it, Iam a customer and paying more than 1K for a phone plus contract, and I don't have the phone on my hand that I purchased from T-Mobile. it's T-Mobile's responsibility to deliver my phone. If T-Mobile is not happy with UPS, then don't do business with them. I am sick and tired of T-Mobile. I called multiple times UPS and T-Mobile, got frustrated, always on the line almost an hour, and at the end there is no solution. Only I hear "I am so sorry for the convince", why don't you try to fix the issue instead? If I were you guys, I could send a new phone right away with overnight shipping instead of making me wait so long, calling UPS and T-Mobilealmost daily, waiting online an hour with no solution…. I canceled my order and am going to close my account with T-Mobile. Very disappointing customer service if there is one. I don't want to hear from T-Mobile again. I ordered an Apple Watch SE 40mm on December 29th, 2021. I paid for 2 day shipping, and the device was said to /not/ be on back order. Now, it's February and my device order is still listed as "processing." Not shipped, not delivered. I can't get a refund because I signed electronically for the item. It's annoying that I'm going to keep getting charged for an item that never arrived. Hello, i recently upgraded my phone and now i want to return my old device to get the credit in my billing. But due to covid, Iam stuck in Canada and can't come anytime soon. Return label i have is of USPS and i am trying to get the label of UPS since UPS is available in Canada.
