I contacted T-Force for an order issue and at the end of the chat the representative stated that they had "refreshed and updated the network software on their end." Does this actually mean anything or is this just fluff? I've been having issues with signal strength for days and now today I'm just about completely cut off. Three phones plus home internet. Download speeds went from 400MB to about 0.4MB at home. About the same on phones. Won't connect to 5Guc and barely any bandwidth on LTE. Support said they we performing upgrades to towers in my area. Hi everyone, I'm experiencing issues having full 5G bar strength, but really slow or non-existent data speeds. When switching to 4G, this also happens. I've noticed it most when in rural areas. (I'm using a Google Pixel 7 Pro, latest OS updates, and latest app updates.) Any advice on how to resolve this issue? Anyone know if or when they're going to fix the "tower problems" in the Mesa AZ area. I get that we have tons of snowbirds but being unable to even get through a 30 min zoom call without being disconnected is ridiculous. I've calledso many timesand the only thing they've really done to help is send a new tower and tell me to shut it off so they can reset the connection. The last time I called, April 5th they said there was a tower down that apparently wasn't assigned to a technician properly(?) And the guy said they'd get back to me by the 7th. I haven't heard back,and the problem is getting worse.It's been getting progressively worse since about the 3+ month mark. We have had terrible problems with signal since the power outages in Austin during the early February 2023 ice storm. Are there known issues with the T-Mobile towers? Are other people having problems?Symptoms: 1) We can make and receive calls but the person at the other end generally cannot hear us. 2) If that person can hear us, the call soon drops. We went through trouble shooting and forcing 2G only seems to help. But when will normal signal function be restored? Is there any information about this available anywhere? Good day! I have 1 physical sim and 1 e-sim both active on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. For the past several months, my E-sim has been losing signal on a daily basis. This also happens multiple times during the day. To correct this, I would manually switch the E-sim off and back on. This is such a hassle and it also impacts the ability to receive calls and text messages.The physical sim (line) does not lose signal at all. I am unsure what is wrong and why this is happening. I am a current TMobile customer, matter of fact just added a line for my daughter as well…. I live in the suburbs of atlanta and have ok 5g service…. but Im moving sometime in the middle of this month to Union Point Georgia...one of my daughters already lives there and it's actually her house Im moving to when she leaves for Seattle. problem is is when i visit there my service is minimal at best outside the home, go inside and hang it up it's a done deal you'll have absolutely NO service!! i know if i were to obtain a signal booster i could get service inside the house but how do i go about doing that? i've found a few of sprints signal boosters (Sprint AirUnity 587 Magic Box (B41HL) LTE Signal Booster) on a shopping site i use for next to nothing, could i use that here at t-mobile? and if not what should i be looking for to get to use as my signal booster? thanks261Visto0likes7Comentarios
