Hello, I am currently trying to get a replacement physical SIM Card from T-Mobile for my already existing line. When I try and order one for a existing phone number, it tells me to log in even though i already am logged in. Once i click the log in button it just puts me back to the add a new line for this sim card page. Also, I cant order a SIM Card replacement from my account page. Any ideas on how to fix this?Solved175Visto0likes2Comentariosre-activating a canceled line from abroad
Hi, I'm a student and I studied abroad this year. I cancelled (not suspended) my T-mobile line when I left the US. I still have the SIM card. I'm coming back to the US soon and I'd like to re-activate my line with my old sim card. Can I do this without having to call T-mobile from an international number? I'd like to do this ASAP before I return. Thanks in advance for your help.1KViews0likes6ComentariosLost my phone, need new sim card to so i can keep my old number

This just happened to me last week! I've a phone notifications that I've purchased two sims cards and I quickly called T mobile and was told that someone used a fake driver's license to purchase two SIM cards under my name at a t mobile store!!! How could this happened??? My questions to T-Mobile is why can't you tell me which store the thieves went to get the SIM card from? I was told by T-Mobile CSR that this won't be reported but if I want to I'm welcome to?!Why is this not reported to the police by T-Mobile? Does T mobile just feel identity thief is not their concern if their customers account have beencompromised? I have never had any identity theft beforeand I didn't do any unusual purchase that required IDor gone to any site except I went to t-mobile store once to make an enquiry about my phone line and months later, I had this identity theft issue! Coincidentally thestore I went into, was no longer there in the same location! That's the only place I had to show my proof of ID. It's definitelysuspicious! Although t -mobile rep said they won't charge me that two SIM cards and had terminated the lines & reported it as fraud… it is still a major concern that "someone" couldwalkedin to their store to present a fake ID OF ME! That's very concerning! It is not enough just to say T-Mobile cares about their customers but yet don't report this or share which store the fraud being committed. I'm sure the store has had transactions, cctv recordings to trace the culprit. Yet, no information can be shared with me where was to store located & what type of ID card was shown? Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do?248Visto0likes2ComentariosSwitching from Physical Swim to Esim
Hi! I hope someone can help. I am on my grandma's plan and have full access to the account, such as upgrading phones, adding add-ons, paying the bill, etc., and of course, she is the primary account holder. For my birthday in a couple months, I planned on buying an unlocked iPhone 14 from Apple so I could just transfer my physical sim to an esim. Originally, on T-Mobile's website, you just clicked update sim, which I could do, and then it will ask for the IMEI number for both phones you're transferring between without any other information besides that, which I assume, because I could do that, then I wouldn't need my grandma to do it. Now, with articles surfacing on how T-Mobile has now changed on their website that if you want to update a sim card, you have to contact them and you can't do it online yourself for the time being, there isn't a definite time frame where this will go back to being able to update the sim yourself, which I do understand they are doing this for security reasons to prevent scams and fraud. My question is, if I contact T-Mobile, whether through the message center or call center and I tell them I want to switch my physical sim to an esim, are they going to ask me for the primary account holder's information? I assume that I just need to know the phone number that belongs to that sim and the IMEI of the phone I want it switched to but I want to know if its a simple process and doesn't require me to know certain Primary Account holder information since its simply just updating the sim to esim. I also read that I won't need the primary account holder if I go to T-Mobile and buy a phone in full and as long as I am in 18, which I am over 18, but I don't want to go, expecting to pay full price for a phone and present my I.D and change sims, just for them to tell me I can't do that becauseI'm not a Primary Account holder, even when I am paying the phone in full, so that is why I am wanting to just buy the phone directly from Apple and update the sim but want to make sure that no extra information is needed besides the phone number and the IMEI number. I should also mention I am going from an Android that only uses physical sim to an iPhone that only uses a Esim. Sorry for the influx of information. ¡Gracias!1.6KViews0likes4ComentariosVisual Voicemail "detected a new SIM card"
I've had my phone for over 7 months now and every time I try to log into Visual Voicemail I get the following message "We have detected a new SIM card and are confirming your account status. Please check back soon". I have tried clearing my data/cache and it works once, then I get the same message again.3.7KViews0likes5ComentariosNew phone, new line, no sim card?
I added a new line and bought at new phone from t-mobile, all online. Received the phone, but there's no sim card included. Now I have to wait for them to ship me one. It's been several days and I've received no notice of shipping or anything. This is a new line for my elderly mother, who now has been without a phone for days. Can I go to a store and get a new sim card ? I don't understand why a new phone on a new line wouldn't automatically come with one.5.9KViews0likes1ComentarioSIM to new phone & keep #

So I ordered 1 day UPS shipping on my prepaid sim kit I ordered through the T-mobile site on April 28th, and using the UPS tracking number I found out they had accidentally sent it to Canada instead of the USA Southeast and the UPS message said "We're sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination." Today I went through UPS mychoice to see the entirety of shipping details, to find that apparently the SIM kit was in the USA southeast and then in LESS than 35 minutes somehow 'teleported' to the UPS service in Canada. Now I honestly don't know If they could actually transport the package that far in half an hour or if Something screwed up in the sortation/label system. BUT I cannot log in to a T-mobile account because I haven't activated my phone sim card, and I would like to know if my package is coming at all or if I need to cancel the order and get a refund. And how to accomplish that without access to my account, or dealing with robo cops on the support number?399Visto0likes3Comentarios
