horrible upload speed
Ok so I'm new to T-Mobile home internet but I've came across a issue. I'm getting 4-12 ping, 130-190mbsdownload, but I'm only getting around 3-4.8mbs upload, that is thru Ethernet, if I go to WiFi the numbers are the same beside upload goes up to 5.2-8.3mbs…. What could be going on? Phone support was no help at all.5G home wifi slow download speeds 1MBs
Just unboxed and connected 5g gateway. The app says Excellent connection at 5 bars but my download speed is only at 1MBs. Why? I've been downloading a movie that's only 2.3gb it's been 30 minutes now and I'm only at 50% and I don't have any other devices connected to the gateway? Any suggestions or insight? Thankseveryone
T-Mobile Home Internet is not ready for Primetime
I honestly can't wait until fiber is laid up our street as T-Mobile's home internet literally sucks. There's no way one can dependably stream video, and 4K video is out of the question. How they can honestly call this service 5g blows me away. We're now supplementing tmobile's home internet with DSL. We're getting a rock solid 56 Mb download speed with our DSL while tmobile's download speedis anywhere from 1-25 Mb. The only reason we're keeping tmobile is because the upload speeds are a consistent 60-75 Mb, and my wife occasionally needs to upload large graphics files. We've had the service for a year and I can't wait to drop it.SLOW - Last time I tried the gateway 2 years ago it was very fast
I get 600mb/s from my local Cable provider that charges way too much $85 per month, but for $50 a month I can get Tmobile gateway at 100 mb/s Come on Tmobile--- I have even gone through the trouble of mounting this in my attic witha “VERY Good Signal” but I get 130 mb/s sometimes...
home internet speeds
My download speeds are constantly below 10Mbps while my uploads are above 50Mbps. The app shows that I have a excellent connection. I have to say working from home is tough when during the day I am getting 3 to 5Mbps download speeds. If this keeps up I will be forced to go back to Spectrum internet. Is there a way to boost my download speeds?
