TXT unsent
13 year our business has been with T-Mobile but this latest problem has us on the verge of moving. So this is a last hail Mary to see if we can find a fix. Over the last month two lines get the same problem " unsent txt... change to SMSor RCS...". It will come in 10 to 15 minutes after sending a txt. Some times the txt will send but take two or three hours before it is received. This problem happens randomly, so not all the time. And it happens with full bars ornot full bars, It happens on Wi-Fi or not What has been tried: 5 times and hours on the phone with T-Mobile tech support. uninstall txt AP, tried a different AP, cleared cashes, reset network settings on both phones. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have domain name kvirginia.com and when I tried to send text message to clients using our website. Whenever I include my domain website non of my clients told me they never received text message from us. how do i fix this problem?
