A notification popped up on my phone today about Game Spotlight. Finding no other option to discard or disable this message I did the "tap to set itup", hoping to see a way to disable it. After tapping the option to "Never" set it up, I now have the same set up message and a "check it out" message tha tis 4 times in size!! I have no intention of using this service. How can it be bypassed or removed? Or maybe it time for a new carrier? By the way, my 611 call was a huge waste of time. What happened to real people for support?Solved62KViews2likes23ComentariosHulu Live
Why won't Hulu Live work with T-Mobile Internet? Looking the question up online says: "T-Mobile Home Internet supports most video streaming services, like YouTube TV or Netflix. However, at the moment, Hulu + Live TV is not supported due to a technical requirement in delivering the service. We're working closely with Hulu to resolve this as quickly as possible," a T-Mobile spokesperson said in a statement. This is very unacceptable in today's market. With Hulu being a cloud supported application, it should take nothing to support the service. It's a simple data service that should be provided and supported. 5G is just a carrier, it's a link to internet services. Why is it, the service is not supported? I would like a deeper technical answer as to why such a simple thing is not 'supported'?37KViews10likes43ComentariosT-Mobile Home Internet Review
I have been using T-Mobile Home Internet for a couple of months now. I recently upgraded to the 5G Gateway, which has made my WiFi much better Vs. the LTE Gateway which sucked and had a lot of restrictions. The 5G Gateway is sleek, easy to use, and comes included with your Home Internet Plan! My experience has been exemplary, apart from a few issues. I have the following issues with T-Mobile Home Internet: •No UPnP Option which causes issues using XBL. •No Port Forwarding which causes a Moderate NAT on XBL •Some VPN applications do not work. •The Online GUI is limited and watered down. T-Mobile should really fix these issues, as it's bothering other Customers as well. Overall T-Mobile Home Internet is great for those who don't play on XBL, PSN, or PC or require a VPN to be used for work or personal use.28KViews5likes23Comentariostmobile home internet speed issues

There doesn't seem to be an option to split the 2.4 and 5ghz wifi bands anymore? In the manual for the gate way it says you can do it in the web UI, but when I log in there is no option for it. Same in the app. I have devices that can only run on 2.4 ghz, so I really need to have thia feature... any solutions?26KViews4likes16ComentariosSecurity cameras not connecting to T Mobile Internet?
I switched to T-Mobile Internet last week and got a Gateway that says it's by Arcadyan. WiFi works great on phone and computers, but when trying to set up the home security cameras, it won't connect. I have both Blink and Panasonic cameras and have tried both on the 5G and the 2.4 and neither network is working. Also reset and restarted everything multiple times. What else could I try??17KViews3likes31ComentariosMagenta Max v Go5G Plus
When you read the comparison of the Magenta Max and Go5G Plus plans, they appear to be the same except for theJUMP! vs New in Two. I did see a disclaimer that the autopay would discount will be changing. Anyone want to shed some light on that? Also, when I logged into my account, it said I have to call to get the price for Go5G. Why? I don't want to talk to customer service or be oversold on some nonsense I don't want or need. Give me the price, let me do the research and make a self-informed decision.16KViews0likes3ComentariosHome Internet Overheating
This is primarily a reference post related overheating. If you want to read my full background, see the link at the bottom. The Nokia device seems to have an overheating issue. For me that mean things would run fine for a few hours or even days and then suddenly speeds would drop so low it appeared to be completely offline. Even though the ambient temperature in the room was in the 60s and the device itself never felt that warm, adding a couple cooling fans drastically improved air flow throughout the device andcompletely resolved my issues. Here's a link to the fans I purchased. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JLV4BWC You may only need one but since these came as a set I put one beneath the device and the other one on top. This has ensured constant airflow throughout the device and kept my modem from having any issues. I am fairly certain that the tower I am connected to does not support 5G but I have been very happy with my consistent 4G speeds that average around 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload. https://community.t-mobile.com/tv-home-internet-7/weekly-reboot-3536513KViews7likes31ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Home Internet Gateway slow ethernet but fast WiFi
I recently installed the grey 5G Home Internet gateway at home. When I first got it three weeks ago, I was seeing speeds of 150+ down, and 50 up on both WiFi and ethernet. Now I am seeing roughly the same speeds over WiFi, but ethernet speeds have dropped to 10-15 down, sometimes as low as 5. Upload is around 15-20. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? Or is the gateway defective? Both ports appear to have the same issue, and WiFi continues to work fine.11KViews7likes31Comentarios
