I finally received t-mobile sim card, I inserted it into my phone, I called team mobile 877-207-8048 to activate sim card, as instructed via team mobileemail, the first agent cancelled my temporary phone number prior to sending verification code text as a result i was NOT able to activate sim card because my identity could not be validated, I was transferring my att phone # to team mobile. First agent yuki never called me back after having me restart the phone and cancelling temporary t-mobile phone # Second agent Carol informed me that team mobile storecould only activate theSIM card. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I hung up due to the long wait time Third agent Rafael repeated Carol's instructions to visit team mobile store, I asked for a supervisor, Mayen, after a 15 minute wait, I reported the level on incompetency of agents. Mayen's customer service skills did not restore any faith in T-mobile I can only say t-mobile started off on the WRONG foot. Exasperated
Data bar graph
I used to be able to view a simple bar graph of my data usage when I would go to LINE DETAILS, but now that bar graph isn't there. I've tried both on my laptop and the app. It itemizes data usage but not simple bar graph to see how much I've used total. You know what I mean? Did they take that away? Why? Thank you.
adding purchases to tmobile account not working
I used to be able to charge my monthly subscriptions (hbomax, hulu, photo editor, etc) to my tmobile account. And it just stopped working. It now says it's disabled for each app and when i try to enable, it says it can't for to settings on the account and this error code OR-DRPSAR-01 shows up. Has anyone else had this issue and knows what it is? The tmobile rep i was chatting with was not about to help
Can't receive photos from one person
Ever since we switched from Verizon, one person in my contacts list can't send me any photos. When she sends it, all I receive is a really long web address that begins with https://ftcontentserver.rcs.482... When click the link, it asks me to signin with a login and password (which I don't know). This only occurs with ONE contact. I receive photos from anybody else without a problem.Is my phone sleeping
Samsung S21 I have a few notifications I get only when I turn on my phone. Not power on, but hit the button on the right side and get it to light up. Email. Location notifications. 2-3 others. In each case, when I contact support/community, they state my phone likely goes to sleep and only shows notifications when I wake it up (turn it on). I can find no setting for that in my phone settings. How do I get my T-mobile phone to NOT sleep when the phone is black?
Google Play Store Pending Downloads
Is anybody else having trouble downloading apps or updates from the Google Play Store? I am in the Tampa Bay area and have tried (with the help of friends and co-workers) about 20 different phones on the T-mobile network and none of them will download apps or updates from the playstore. If Iconnect the phone to a non T-mobile wifi then it works fine. Is there some issue between T-mobile and Google? Not sure what's going on here.
