My wife, now 76. is having all kind of difficulty operating her iPhone 15 plus. In spite of what she keeps thinking there is nothing wrong with the phone it is just too technical and does more functions than she can cope with. Is there a iPhone option that I could get herthat is more basic or would I have to look for a older refurbished modelHow do you reset AirPods if they're not connecting properly?
Lately, I've been having some issues with my AirPods not connecting properly. Before diving into any major troubleshooting, I figured I'd ask here: how do you reset them? I know there's a way to do it, but I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Any help would be appreciated!
T-Mobile Says Warehouse Didn't Find Returned Phone Yet
Hi, My situation seems unique. I ordered the Iphone 13 Pro. They took the order and created the label. Before UPS picks up the phone, they marked in the label as return to sender. Even before UPS picks up, it is marked but still UPS picks up and came to the closer town where I live. And then it started returning back to sender. It went back to Fort Worth. TX. When I call the customer service, they said they didn't recieve the package. They are investigating it. The UPS is clearly showing that it is delivered to Fort Worth,TX. I am not sure what needs to be done.
App Error - Device Support Section
For some odd reason, the T-Mobile appand website NEVER lets me go to the Device Support section. In the past, the link would never work but today it gave me this error report I understand what a server error is but I've been with T-Mobile for almost 6 months this never has worked. For about a month now, my iPhone has been recording taps without my touching the phone. In some instances it opens windows or clicks Return/L/M. It seems as thought a section of the screen toward the bottom is firing "clicks", but I'm not doing it. I've updated to the latest OS and I've removed any protectors as the chance that the protector was causing the problem. The screen is not damaged and it clean. Any ideas what to try to correct it?
Forgot to erase phone before returning it
Hi All, If someone can please reassure me or tell me how this process works, please do!! I returned my broken phone after receivinga new one from assurant. BUT, I forgot to erase the phone before I returned it. It still had my passcode on it and I was signed into my Apple ID, and I had it set up to where as soon as it was connected to the internet it would erase automatically. I never received an email from Apple saying the phone was erased or anything. I just want to know if when they receive phones that are broken, do they erase all data on it even if you forgot to? Someone please let me know!
