The TMobile service from the Phillipines is so horrible! I've tried 8times to fix my plan and my billing back to where they should be after fraudulent transactions from complete incompetent Customer Service Agents and Supervisors screwed it up and can't fix it correctly. I'm turning my complaints over to the MN Attorney General. I'm hoping they can investigate and open up a fraud claim against TMobiles' disastrous customer service. I once loved TMOBILE and had great service, but NO LONGER!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM 26 YEARS!! It doesn't just piss me off to have to deal with the incompetent Phillipine service, it's just SAD!! I'M calling another provider to switch to. TMOBILE....... I have been receivingincorrect bills for a few months. I called 611 every time after I received a text message or a bill. Some representatives told me that they would correct the wrong charges,but next month the bill isstill incorrect, same mistake. The bill becomes more and more strange and confusing. Many "onetime charges" without any explanation. There waseven a charge of$15 for "Google One Cloud Storage" which I havenever usedand havenot heard about it. I called 611, the representative could not explain it and did not want to correct it. I have been struggling to correct the mistakes every month. Now T-Mobile donot give call back option, I waited 45 minutes, then 1.5 hours over the phone last Sunday. Nobody answers the phone. Monday, called again, waited for 1 hour, a representative answered the call and made me more confused. I have been driven crazyby the wrong bills. How do I refill my prepaid number when my credit cards won't work. I only get " Card number is invalid. Please try again. ". I already tried 2 Visa cards and tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers but they don't work. I don't want to use IVR or cash because the customer support will charge me $5. Hi, Awful experiencewith T-Mobile. Back in November, Iadded a line with iPhone 15 pro maxthat time the tmobile chat representative gave me a breakdownthat my bill would be $175 including fourlines and total 4 phone payment. But in December my bill came out much higher than 175$. In February 2 ofmy phone paid off and march 3rd phone was paid of but my bill instead of decrease it keep increasing. It's been 7 month i talk to serval times and show the tmobile chat they didn't listen and billing extra. I filed a complaint but no response from them. I have been a customer for a long time, originally with sprint and then tmobile merged. I was so happy with the service provided and never had any issues. All my concerns were always handled when calling in and always received the Oregon team. I got tmobile internet and it has been amazing. Our entire family got new phones but now they are saying that two of them have not been returned. However I have the tracking number and it shows that I returned them. I have things that are not accurate on my bill. I only get a call center now. I am always told someone will review and call me back in 3 days to 1 week. I am patient to an extent but weeks have past now and my bill is coming up and I do not want excessive charges. I would also rather return the phones if they are gonna be this much of an issue and just change phone providers. Today I called the call center and was hung up on two times!!!! I never received this type of service with the Oregon team. I need help and I need it right away. There is only 1 number to call into and no online chat. How am I to get help?46Visto0likes0Comentarios
