Remove Unknown Device from Gateway
My gateway shows a device connected and I can't figure out what it is. Device name is: Shenzhen iComm Semiconductor CO. LTD Websearch indicates it could by a spy cam or listening device. Recently went through a breakup. My ex was making comments about how he could give me exact dates & times of speakerphone conversations I had in my bedroom. I have searched everywhere in the room,disabled the device on my wifi, changed router admin & wifi passwords, but the app doesn't give me an option to remove the unknown device completely. How do I remove it from my network?
Wanting to return ~7-10 year old CellSpot, fastest way to get return label?
Hello, Trying to remove some clutter from my house, I found a very old (probably 7-10 years old) T Mobile CellSpot. Is there a faster way to get a return label generated? I'm on hold with Customer Care but it's been over 30 minutes and considering they'd have to email me a return label anyway, there's gotta be a better way. PS: 30 minutes on hold with no indicator for how long the line is...wow
3rd party phone service stop working beginning of June 2024
Have been very happy with our T-Mobile phones and internet, until now. My wife has been working from home on a land- line phone (connected to our t mobile black tower) for the past 2+ years with no issues. About a month ago her "work" phone stopped working. There is a dial tone, but she is unable to call out or receive calls. Her work IT folks think T-Mobile is blocking 3rd party providers. T mobile Tech Supports fix was to try the new white tower. It didn't solve the problem. I see others talking about the SIP/ALG, and that it should be disabled, but T-Mobile support has been of no help. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Returned equipment still being billed
I have returned a range extender. Have a UPS tracking #. Shows recieved in Fort Worth Texas by TMO GRC and " left on dock ". I have now spoken with 6 different representatives who have all assured me that it was taken care of. Recieved another bill for $307.79 ( for a $25 piece of outdated plastic ) AGAIN that has been returned. Tried the Facebook page messenger. No response. Seriously unbelievable.Can't clear the Total Used Data on my Alcatel linkzone2 hotspot
Why cant I clear (reset) the Total Used Data on my hotspot? I get a pop up error message "Can't operate when connecting to network!" That doesn't make sense. If I'm not connected, I won't even be able to reach that page, which is at 192.168.0.1. The hotspot is an Alcatel linkzone 2.
