Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone.We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there's nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do ourSyncUp Kids watches go from $10 aline to $12 and now $17 without notification? It wasestablished for a 24 month auto draft. I received a text message from who I thought to be my 8 year old son. He has a SyncUp smart watch with limited contacts. The message stated "Dad, I need Help!" Along with this message came a Google location map of my son's location (our home). The suspicious text came in around 11pm local time. My son was asleep and his watch was in another room. I checked and the watch does not show an outgoing text message to me. Wondering if the SyncUp smart watch was possiblyhacked and someone is tracking my child's location and sending messages on his behalf. My daughter's watch will not make or receive calls. Has anyone else experienced this. It can send/receive texts, but calls fail or when I call her the watch does nothing. I purchased a SynchUp Kids watch for my child. It worked fine on the first day but seems to be having issues sending text messages after receiving an update on Jan 25. All other functions are fine (inbound texts, inbound/outbound calls, GPS, etc.). After contacting support, they confirmed that it is a known issue, and their technical team is working on it. They could not give an estimate on when it would be fixed. Anyone else having this issue and vague response from support? It has been about 3 days since I opened the case.I'm also a little disappointed that I will need to call back in for updates. I would think that the support team would at least reach out or be able to provide more information.
