2 TopicsMultiple Network IDs
I've had TMobile's Wireless Home Internet for close to 3 years. It works well but the Mobile Home Internet Management apps are deficient: T-Mobile, T-Mobile Internet, T-Life, and T-Mobile.com restrict many functionalities that should be available to home internet technical users. You allow us to create multiple network id's on our T-Mobile Wireless Home Gateways. I have 3 defined on my KVD21 JT2DBE659. However you DO NOT allow us to view WHICH devices are connected to WHICH network id. Why Not ??? We've been asking for this for years. Some of us isolate device functionality in our networks by creating multiple networks thus maintaining ease of troubleshooting and security management. This works great, but when you CANNOT see which devices are connected to which network id. - that just SUCKS. Weh are you going to get this operational? What does it take to get someone on the management team with a brain to document this and have it placed on the functionality development list for developmentand implementation? Other Router manufacturers have this built right into their products - why can't you get this moving ????53Visto0likes1Comentariocustomer support chat
