Hi all, I went in to my local T-Mobile store today and 1) Switched from a pre-paid account to a post-paid account (Magenta Max) and 2) ordered the new iPhone 13 Pro. The rep assured me that I would still be able to use my current phone (iPhone 7) until my new one comes in November. Here's the issue: my phone line/account has been suspended for some reason and there is seemingly no way for me to restore it. My account says "Pay outstanding balance of $0.00 to restore service." The issue is that my service was not suspended for missing payments. I paid like $2 just to see if that would work and it did not. Does anyone know what's going on here or have experienced anything similar? I'm on the 611 line right now but I've been waiting for ~1 hour so if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them haha.Solved7.2KViews2likes10ComentariosHow do I reactivate a suspended line outside of payment cycle?
I need to reactivate my line outside of a 'payment cycle'. I can'twait a week for the line to be reactivated. credit card payment has been made. So funds are available. I'm also happy to delete this line and start a new one if that's the only solution but I can't see that option either. I just need a line in 2 days time.1.1KViews0likes1Comentarioprepaid account suspension
Hello, I'm on the 20$ prepaid plan. I'm outside USand unable to contact T-Mobile.What's the grace period a prepaidaccount can remain out of balance from the last service day ie 30 days? I'm not veryclear ofthe below statement from T-Mobile. "If balance is insufficient to renew all lines on your account for 120 days, all lines will be suspended for 30 days. If you have an account balance, all lines will convert to Pay As You Go for 30-day increments with $3/mo" Is it stating that anaccount can remain out of balance for 120 days after which the account is suspended and number reallocated? I canmake a one time payment as guest but how long after the 30 day service window can I make the payment? Let me know if there any question.Any help regarding this is appreciated. I am currently out of the US, can't contact t-mobile,and for some reason I cannot make an online payment because T-Mobile doesnt accept credit cards created from the country I am from. I will only be able to be back at the States after my prepaid payment is due, and I want to know if there is a grace period to a prepaid line before it gets suspended and number is sent to be reassigned to someone else. Gracias.Solved804Visto0likes3ComentariosMy phone is suspended, but it still asks for full payment.
I have my phone suspended for about two months (until end of Feb) and was told I'donly have to pay 10.00 per month up till then. But why is it asking me to pay in full? the full roughly 70 dollars I currently don't have to spend. I'm a bit frustrated atm. It's now asking me to pay in full for Feb.579Visto0likes2Comentariossuspended line ans unable to reah customer service

So I am going to be doing a semester abroad and I was wondering if there is a way to use a local SIM card from Europe but keep my phone number and my T Mobile SIM Card so that when I get back I can resume paying the plan and using it.312Visto0likes3ComentariosCan't reactivate suspended line
My phone was stolen, so I wiped it remotely and suspended the line on the T-Mobile web site. I purchased a new phone as an upgrade and received a new SIM. I have tried to reactivate the line from theT-Mobile web site, but it sends a text message to the suspended line to verify my identity. I can't receive the text because the line is suspended. I"m not sure how to proceed. Suggestion?260Visto0likes1ComentarioLine Suspended for no reason!!
My line was suspended by T-Mobile and I can't make or receive any calls. When I try and place a call it connects me to T-Mobile's payment line but I owe nothing right now. Using data over cell service is extremely difficult if it's working at all. When I look at my account history it says to link an MSISDN. I've called customer service and they say they see nothing wrong with my account, and took me through some troubleshooting steps which did not work. Will switching to an eSIM fix this problem?? Please help :(214Visto0likes1Comentario
