t-mobile
3904 TopicsAnyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
This is a Description of our Complaint with T-Mobile and the BBB: For the past almost 3 years we have had all of our family cell phone lines with T-Mobile. We switched over from Verizon about 3 years ago because we responded to a promotion offered by T-Mobile whereby offered much better coverage at much better prices. Turns out that their marketing in advertising campaign was misleading and inaccurate at best. From day one, the coverage and reception was below any basic level of acceptance causing phone calls in messages to drop or fail at a rate off three failed for one success. After a few months, I complained with T-Mobile, they profusely apologized and told us to be patient because they were in the process of rolling out their new 5G Network and also merging their Network with sprints, and they said that the coverage and service issues will greatly improve in a matter of weeks or a couple of months at the most. When this didn't happen, I called to request a transfer of service and they insisted that it was just a matter of time for their coverage and service to noticeably improve and they offer a nominal remporary discount to keep us from switching over. As expected, the coverage and service not only did not improve but got worse. After another 12 months have gone by and everyone in our household having being fed up with dropped calls failed messages in lack of connectivity, we have decided to switch over to another carrier. When I call T-Mobile to inquire about the process, they told me that we're free to switch over but they're going to charge us retractively rebates and fees that they have waived because we're not meeting the term of our contract. And my question to them what kind of compensation do we get for the 3 years of failing to provide the most basic service that we have been faithfully paying in full for almost 3 years. We'll know that these are tactics that these types of companies use to hold people hostage regardless of whether they are the ones at fault in causing you to leave. This should be unacceptable!34KViews60likes95ComentariosLinking T-Mobile Money Account Through Plaid Service
Hi I'm a relatively new T-Mobile Money customer and a long time T-Mobile customer and would like to know if there is a way or if there are plans to all T-Mobile Money customers to link their accounts to services using the Plaid platform? I understand that T-Mobile Money is a subsidiary of BankMoblie which was a part of Customers Bank, and when I have connect my account through other services by using my ACH information it comes up Customers Bank. However, if I attempt to use Plaid I cannot log in through Customers Bank or through BankMobile to link my account which is very debilitating in how I use my money. Are there plans to make this type of connectivity functionable?Solved7KViews27likes33ComentariosLied to about promotion
On December 4, 2022, I went tomy local T-mobile store looking for promotion deals to see if I could get a trade-in upgrade for my wife's phone. After talking to one of the employees about their current deals, they employee promised me that if I switchfrom my current plan Magenta to Magenta MAX that I would get a $800 trade-in credit towards an Iphone 14. I told her it is a great dealand was baited into switching my phone plan. She made the switch official that day (Dec 4, 2022) and told me to come back on December 6, 2022 to make the trade-inbecause the plan swapwouldnot be effective until then. When I arrived 2 days later on the 6th, I was told that there were no such deal by another employee and the current plan they currently offer is a $400 trade-in credit. Long story short, I end up reverting my plan back to Magenta and was charged for the Magenta MAX plan although I only had it for 2 days. Next time before making a switch, I would ask for a written contract. This is absolutely unacceptance and no one should be charged $40 more due to incompetent employees/false promotions.11KViews24likes46ComentariosT-MOBILE: What is your issue with linking T-Mobile MONEY with Mint?
Really? Mint is trying to work with you to get linking with them accomplished. Are you unable to do so because your security and infrastructure is unable to support on your end? If so, how can you expect consumers to trust you with their money and leverage your banking product? I will NOT use your banking product until such time that you have successfully implemented securely interfacing with Mint. Please make this a priority on your "Future Enhancements" list(s).1.8KViews21likes17ComentariosWorst customer service
Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that's it, they don't want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don't know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?4.2KViews21likes28ComentariosNetflix downgrade
Hey Netflix, "You currently have Netflix ON US included in your plan. Netflix ha actualizado recientemente sus niveles de suscripción, ahora recibirás Netflix Standard con anuncios, lo que te proporcionará más funciones y ventajas. Este beneficio seguirá siendo POR CUENTA NUESTRA ($0). No necesitas hacer nada. This change will take effect between January 25 and February 1." How is changing my subscription from "no ads" to "includes ads" "providing more features and benefits to you"?11KViews21likes58ComentariosAndroid 12 Oxygen 12 updated for OnePlus 9 Pro has MAJOR BUGS & ISSUES!!!!!!

I have read a lot of the same complaints here on the forum and other sites from oneplus 9 pro/ t mobile users experiencing the same thing. Just to list a few…… screen brightness changes for no reason, operational and navigational lag, refresh rate (120) slows down periodically, finger print reader and face unlock will randomly stop working. My Family has been scammed by T-Mobile! 1st mistake: In early November we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. 2nd: Mistake: Fell for the so called "Free" IPhone 13 upgrade scam! I traded in/sent them my perfect condition i-phone 12 pro max for a i-phone 13 pro max and was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 months I traded in/sent them my wife's perfect condition i-phone 12 profor a i-phone 13 proand was told I would received $1000 in installment credits over 30 months I'm now being charged$36.67- 15.50 credit for each phone. So being charged $21.17 for each phone per month. If you dothe math they gave me $465each for my phones. The promotion was $1000 credit on any I-phone 12! They lied! My local store employees verbally guaranteed we would get the full $1000 because that was the promotion! I'm still fighting to get the full credits. Next step is filing a complaint with Better Business and taking legal action filing aclass action lawsuit. If you've experienced something similar with this promotion they ran in Dec. 2021 I would love to here your comments.15KViews18likes55Comentarios
