Lately, the T-Mobile app has been unreliable; it either takes a long time to load, logs me out unexpectedly, or occasionally freezes altogether. This is really inconvenient, as I rely on the app for account management and checking my data usage. Additionally, I've been facing challenges accessing my work's tower servers remotely. I no longer have any business account, when I login to the account hub it shows no accounts linked. There is a coworker who has an email in users and I cannot delete the user. I am not gonna use my prepaid line for a month or two, I am out of the country so I am not able to call without being extra charged here. My question is, if I don't pay one month, on the next are they gonna change me one or both months? Or should I block my line for that month ? I am trying to create an account for my business wifi tower. And to be able to use T-life app because I am having a horrible time with my wifi tower and itbuffering. It will not stop buffering and then after a bit it finally just quits working and we have to wait an hour or so then try it again. So I was trying to get the app to see how to troubleshoot it. When I try to create an account for the t-life app it tells me to enter the code that was sent to the number but there is no code. It keeps telling me to go to: tfb.t-mobile.com But then when I do it won't let me create an account. I don't know how to create an account to use the app. And since I can't get the app, I can't troubleshoot and figure out why my wifi isn't working like it should. I need help with my t mobile online account. I can login with my email address and password. But then it goes to linking my phone number to my account. However, I don't have a phone number though tmobile. And yes I've tried entering the phone number from my home internet and then it says the email is not the same email that I used to set up my account. So......
