Okay, TMobile is a large tech company specializing in wireless coms, right? Yes, this is true. So how is it that this TLife app that the company is jamming in my face unable to allow for the download of documents? If I click the download link, it changes color like it will do something and yet does nothing, nothing at all. So when I, a customer, am faced with a situation where I need the f#%king documents to show that TMobile is not living up to an agreement they made with me, I'm out of luck. Yet, without fail, your f#%king payment portal always works. The sales apparatus, always works. But when it's a thing that benefits customers TMobile could not care less. Can't you fix the app so that it does what you claim it will do? Or is it merely the claiming of a function good enough, no need to provide one. Is that enough to keep the government out of your hair, TMobile? Can someone provide a working app, please?235Visto0likes4Comentariosmissing phone shipped to tmoble
Has anyone else had an issue with swapping out a phone on warranty then shipping the old one back to tmobile to be told MONTHS later that they did not receive the phone and charging over $1000 fee on a paid off phone that was broken???? tmobile is being no help at all. everyone I have contacted basically says so sorry, too bad for you! they finally "supposedly" opened an investigation through their warehouse but I've yet to receive email confirmation of that. I REALLy do not want to pay $1000 for a paid off broken phone that I mailed back!! I saved the shipping receipt for over a month but had no idea there would be an issue. Is there no way to track the actual phone?????18Visto0likes0ComentariosT-mobile stole my social security number
I recently had an issue with my phone and called later in the evening to remedy the problem. Because it was in the evening an out of country T-mobile representative tried to fix the problem but was unsuccessful soshe transferred me to technical services. The technician that took my call was also out of country asked for my full social security whichI reluctantly gave it out to resolve my phones issues. Approximately 3 days later I got an alert from one of the credit reporting agencies that my social securitynumber was found on the dark web. Coincidence, I DON'T THINK SO! I never fall for scams and I never give my social security number unless I absolutely have to. I talk to a manager during the day who was state side and he stated that T-mobile has to occasionally ask for the social security number to ensure they are talking to the right person. Why do we have a PIN number than??? He stated that the fraud department already looked into the problem and found no evidence that my social security was compromised. I askedif the phone call was recorded and did they question the individual I spoke with. He stated that he doesn't have access to that information but if I wanted to write a letter the the fraud department(really, a letter and not an email) that I might be able to get more information. Judging from what others have said when they wrote the the fraud department and got NO correspondence, I'm not going the waste my time. I than asked the manager to have T-mobile pay for one year of fraud protection and he said T-mobile doesn't provide that service and will not pay for a third company to monitor my account. What did I have to do to protect my entire financial standing? I had to call all three credit report companies and put a fraud alert on my account, call the social security and put a freeze on my social security number which I'll have to go to the social security office and stand in line for god knows how long if I ever want to unfreeze my social and finally I called the attorney general to report the issue. Talk about a huge hassle and scare for me!!! Why the H*LL does T-mobile every have to ask their customers' for their social security number??? Than to make matters worse, THEY DON'T OWN UP TO A PROBLEM THAT THEY CAUSED!!! I've been with T-mobile for over 25 years and this is how they repay my patronage? I'm now in the process of looking for a new cell phone company because I can no longer trust T-mobile.Sad, isn't it, that T-mobile stole my social security and don't owe up to it or help it's customers who suffer because of their negligence. Than, the only way to communicate the the fraud department is through snail mail. DISCUSTING!!! Thanks, Your loyal customer145Visto0likes2Comentariosdefective phone
I started to file a claim with Assurant. But now i'm not sure that's the way to go. Yes i do have a cracked screen but the issue that i'm concerned about is that my phone gets hot even when i'm not using it and it doesn't matter what the battery life is ,it will turn itself off. (i assume it might be a safety precaution, since it gets hot). but then I have to recharge it because it will be dead. And since this started happening the back of the phone is starting to come off (unglued). What should I do ?22Visto0likes0ComentariosNetwork pass, multiple fails
Hello - I am interested in switching from my existing carrier to T-MOBILE. I'd like to confirm service works in my area and was informed from the sales team at T-MOBILE about a network pass. I have downloaded the app and started the work to do this. Unforunately, the app crashed during this experience and blocked the ability to start a network pass. I then went into a store for help. They helped me and the app informed me that my zipcode did not have any phone numbers available and to try again later. I re-did this step and entered another address in another zip code upon recommendation from the sales team. The app then said I had already had a Network Pass and could not get another one. I then called the technical support for Network Pass and they said they could not find any activity with my phone number nor email nor address. They also said they cannot fix this and this was the highest level of escalation possible. I need to wait 12 months or fake it with someone elses phone number. Who can I speak with to fix this? Where else can I escalate this problem? I'd like to confirm if T-MOBILE works for me. You are turning customers away! Sincerely, Potential Customer Nick209Visto0likes0ComentariosWhat about loyalty?
I decided to come here to post this as I was just in a text convo and then call for 30 minutes trying to have my service restored. I was trying to set up a payment arrangement because yesterday my accounts were suspended they requested past due amount. Today I tried to pay said amount there is an additional $67 added. I ask could I pay thepast due amount that was asked a fewhours ago to restore my service and they apply the $67 to the balance? First they said I had to pay the $67 fee before I can restore the service. So I asked if that's the case why wasn't that $67 included the first time I looked into the arrangement? (withinhours it's added on) They said I have to pay that in addition to the bill(the amount I was trying to pay) I am a teacher and during the summer funds are NOT there (we already get paid little to nothingthrough the school year) any who I tried to explain that I'm not asking for the fee to be removed just added to the next bill they said nothing they could do. I have to pay the past due bill and the additional $67 I explained I didn't have the $67 now but I really need the to be back and I can pay the past bill amount that was requested a few hours ago after being on hold going back and forth 30 minutes nothing so I said okay thank you I hung up. I go to Facebook or twitter to try to vent my frustration and when I get to Facebook I type in t mobile and a pic comes up of me dated 2010 and it says picture taking with blackberry by T-Mobile. I had the t mobile service years before the Facebook pictures as well.I have been with t-mobile for 20 years 20. I may pay my bill late on occasion but I pay it and whatever fees they attach and I need my service to reach my kids but they wouldn't move NOT remove just move the added fee (a few hours ago) so I can restore my service. Just wanted to know where is the loyalty? All these years giving my money to the company for the service should count for something? ¿No es así?64Visto1like1ComentarioT-Mobile Free Trial for US travel
Hi there, I'm traveling to the US for a few weeks soon. I am from Germany. I thought about using the T-Mobile free trial for mobile data during my stay. Does anyone know if I can use that free trial despite being based in Germany, having a German iPhone and (obviously) a SIM that is set up for Germany usually? Thank you in advance! So far I find out I can't see any benefit from my T-Mobile account. I still can use one free Netflix account but I can't find my AAA membership as Tmobile customer said I should got one. And I also can not check any benefit from the website.24Visto0likes0Comentarios
