terrible service
10 Topicspartially blind and dyslexic and sold a phone that was supposed to have facial recognition and the ability to read to me not even close and t mobile wont make it right
the last person I spoke to who was completely disregarding the fact that I was promised a phone w the features I need for my safety and daily lifeI am partially blind and dyslexic and need facial recognition and voice recognition so I can navigate my phone. I have to ride the bus every day and I live and work in an area thats not the safest and they still dont careSolved40Visto0likes2ComentariosHow do i get US based support?
T-Mobile support has become an absolute joke. Their slogan of "no jumping from agent to agent" is an outright lie. The overseas call center doesn't know how to use the tools, cannot understand simple English and incompetent is an understatement. Thereappears to be no one working in the US anymore and I cannot even get a straight answer on what my payoff is to transfer to another carrier.12KViews34likes46ComentariosSwitching from Verizon to TMobile was a terrible decision!
Deceived by TMobile and now they will not honor it. Bought a new phone while with Verizon and then months later decided to switch my family over to TMobile to save some money. TMobile acted like bringing my device over from Verizon would be a non-issue. Immediately, after transferring to the TMobile network, my text messages began failing to send. After 4 different calls with tech support, 4 times of resetting my phone to default factory mode (then reinstalling all apps and going through my healthcare organizations security to have several work apps readded to my device)and having to make two trips to the TMobile store (40 minute drive each way), my phone is still having text messages fail to send. I have zero issues with the phone, it is in perfect condition and operates flawlessly. However, TMobile's solution to this is that I need to buy a new $900 device. How about 'No!'. I just bought a new phone a year ago for $900 and that phone had zero issues on the Verizon network. TMobile guaranteed me that I could bring my phone over with me. Now that's it's not working as I was told, now they backtrack and say, "well we do have some issues with Verizon phones and typically it is with text messages or data issues". So you are aware that this is an issue yet did not mention it to me as a possible problem and now you want me to buy a new phone from you. What a gimmick!! The issue is on the TMobileside, it's theirnetwork, they should be responsible for replacing my device since you told me that mine would work!! If they had been upfront about known issues with Verizon devices I would have reconsidered making the transfer to TMobile, which I guarantee is exactly why they did not disclose this information. For me, the $20/month savings between the TMobile and Verizon bills was not worth this hassle! I will be continuing to share this experience with multiple outlets.9.6KViews5likes15Comentariosmalo
I regret terribly that I switched from Cricket to TMobile!!!!! I have spoke with 5 different people and my situation is still unsolved, NOBODY dis what they promised and it has caused a very emotional trip on me due to this, I would not recommend NOBODY and I mean NOBODY EVER SWITCH TO THIS SERVICE!!!! I was with Cricket for 13 years, the only reason I switched was because the Christmas promo they had and IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE71Visto1like1ComentarioT-Mobile, fix your customer service. It is extremely poor
You outsourced your customer service at the expense of your customers and you're not listening to all of the complaints you're getting. I have wasted hours(not minutes) on the phone with customer service because our conversations keep getting lost in translation and they do not understand how to handle complicated issues, so we keep going around and around in circles. I couldn't even open an account and get a device at the physical T-mobile store because you guys ran multiple credit checks on me because of the extremely poor customer service on the phone. And in the end I couldn't even get my device, and all I got was a lower credit score. Thanks T-mobile.160Visto3likes2ComentariosTerrible service!
I recently switched to T Mobile after being a Verizon Wireless customer for 20+ years. I thought I was saving $35 a month! I work from home and rely on good service. On a daily basis, I drop at least 4-5 calls or can't pick up an incoming call or make an outgoing. I will be switching back to Verizon in the next few days.9.2KViews23likes27ComentariosT-mobile gave my personal account to someone else
I was given my phone and was informed that it was mine to keep and do as I please even make a tmobile online personal account to manage it. I made the personal account in hopes the company had apps for security and games ect I had full access to my account and I started the account using my identification information and personal email. Then I found a data breach in 1 of the credit reports so I contacted T-mobile to find out how to handle the breach the rep said he was unable to login to my account stating that if I wasn't the account holder I wouldn't be able to login and view the billing side of my account mind you I made a personal account using my email and DOB Ect. I logged in and that was months ago even still today I am still able to view the billing side of my account. However T-mobile after the first phone conversation and the first rep congratulating me he said that my account was the first he had ever seen where the company owed the consumer money and not consumer owing T-mobile. Since then T-mobile has yet again allowed or has given out personal identification out to unknown individuals who didn't have my information associated with the phone. So they being T-mobile gave my personal account to some unknown business and stripped me of my account permissions. Your not going to believe why though. Someone deposited funds into my personal account that was made with my email address not some business account with several phone lines under the business account. Which as of now I am actively looking for attorneys to settle this issue but of course the shotty services on my phone now I get alot of dropped calls, web pages time out or just freeze on top of redirects to pages I didn't want in the first place.614Visto0likes2ComentariosT-Mobile has Disappointed me beyond belief.
It all starts on March 21st when I decided to upgrade my phone online. The following day on March 22nd the phone got a notification that it was lost stolen or damaged which honestly didn't even surprise me so I call on March 23rd after giving it a full day top settle and see if they would find it or anything like that (They didn't). So when I called The Lady and I and her supervisor work it out to refund me my 962$ for the phone and bill me on my next cycle for the phone we just made an order for…. Sure enough that phone goes missing with no tracking number or anything and was supposed to be here next day ( The 24th) but it wasn't so i called again on the 26th and we made a new order and everything and finally on the 27th i have the phone in the wrong color completely got white and asked for black and my money is still not in my account after being told it would take at most 7 days to get this refund and its been 8 now. calling is useless since the entire team is braindead. now in the process of returning this new phone since its the wrong color and leaving T-Mobile for good. shit company can't believe its actually T-Mobile I'm dealing with…. (I also work from home using my phone and my old one is giving issues so I've been temporarily out of work during this 8 day process thatshould've taken 2-3 days. Update: got off the phone with a supervisor that literally raised their voice at me and refused to tell me where my money is at or why its taking so long I'm only met with hostility and them talking about this device that was lost on the 22nd on a already new phone like I have the phone already I'm just asking where the refund is at so I can pay for this phone that I'mholding and I get 0 answers. I can't believe this is a multi million dollar company and so far 7 "Experts" and 4 "Supervisors" and now 1 "Expert" from the refund dept. thing has all been unable to tell me whats going on with my money.220Visto4likes3ComentariosCustomer Service was terrible!
I just got off the phone with customer service from a foreign call center. I called in several days ago to have a device released from my account. This call center was from Albuquerque and I was VERY HAPPY with the service. Today I received several calls from TMobile with no voice message. I call TMobile back and get the foreign call center, I explain the situation and they say the call was a mistake and to just ignore it. I again receive two more missed calls from TMobile, this time with a message stating the permission for release of the device had expired (said it was more than 30 days) and I needed to contact TMobile to again release this. So, I called TMobile back and again, foreign call center. They tell me I need to release the device and they needed to check my account to make sure everything was in order. The foreign center people have a communication problem. I do not wish to speak with them and I want an American call center. Right now, I am very, VERY disappointed with TMobile and their customer service.!113Visto0likes1ComentarioHow do i cancel my account with your horrible, non-responsive company?
Tried calling on multiple occasions but hold times are 45 minutes plus even though they say 15 minutes Tried the thing where they call you back. It ask you to press #1 but it does not accept it. No chat available on the site. Just horrible customer service.1.5KViews7likes5Comentarios
