Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus and Simple Choice Unlimited plan
I have had my Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus for a year now. Since the beginning, I have had numerousissues of: notreceiving text messages, both with non T-Mobile users andT-Mobile users. on occasion not being able to send a text messages text or photo gets sent 5 or6 times to a non-tmobile user, while on my end it shows that message has failed to send I have done numerous trouble shooting sessions with T-Mobile and Samsung. Switched from Google messaging to Samsung messaging. Switched out physical SIM card once last year, and then most recently got an ESIM. I also got a replacement phone about 2 weeks ago. Nothing has helped the text messaging issue. When I look at network connections for my phone, it shows 5G and 2G network options. My question is: Does the fact that I have an older Simple Choice Unlimited plan have any effect on my current 5G cell phone? When I try to click on plan details, the Simple Choice plan talks about 4G unlimited. No where in the plan description does it talk about 5G. In other words, do I need to switch to an updated phone planin order to get this text messaging issue resolved? Or is the real issue network congestion? Anyone else have this issue?
Text sending and call audio drop issues on Moto Edge 2023
Hi all, I have done some searching and found others with similar issues but none identical to mine so I am hoping to get some help. I recently switched from an older Moto phone to a Moto edge 2023. I just moved the sim card over, no update to it. The old phone also had 5g and the SIM card was current with that, but the new phone has 5g UC showing on the connection display as well. There are two symptoms I am having with the phone. First, the audio on calls drops every so often for a few seconds, then picks back up. This happens both on wifi calling and when I turn off wifi to continue the call on the network, but seems to be more frequent while on wifi. This symptom was present on the old phone as well and I had hoped that a new phone would resolve it. Second, sometimes when I send a text it says it was not sent and to delete or resend. I use the default messages app and have it set to turn on RCS chats but also to auto resend as SMS if it doesnt send. The only way to get the message to send is if I put the phone into airplane mode and then back online again. This trick works whether I am on wifi or not. Just turning off wifi, restarting, etc will not allow the texts to send but 100% of the time they will send after that airplane mode trick. I am hoping that my resolution is as simple as a new SIM card, but wanted to check here for any other ideas before I do that. Thanks in advance for your help solving these two problems!
Left my phone at home when I went to work
No matter how much I pat myself down when I go to work, a few times a year I'll leave the house without my cell phone. I get to work and OMG! Is there a way, or there should be a way that I could go onto the Tmobile website and access my text message history and send out text messages from the website. I would love this service and surprised no one has come up with it.
samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra long delay in sending MMS messages
All, I have been having issues with sending sms or mms messages. I forwarded two messages to my husband from a delivery service so he would know when to expect the delivery. He never received it. Yet, if I sent him a short message, it went through fine. Any thoughts? I rebooted my phone. Turned off wireless.Sim card won't send sms, tested on 2 android devices
My wife's oneplus 7 pro the last 2 days won't send texts but receives messages ok. All other network related functions workfine, no sim card errors, etc. Tried all kinds of things to get working. I swapped my sim with hers. Using her device with my sim card,sending text msgs works. Her sim card in my S21 Ultra however, I get the same issue, no outgoing texts. So in my mind it's a sim card issue, not device related. It's just weird that only sms seemingly affected. Any ideas??
MICHIGAN & NOT ABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE ALL TEXTS AND CALLS
I'm in MICHIGAN. Has anyone else been having problems with T-mobile Network and unable to receive and making phone calls and text messages? Some calls and texts will go through, but then others will fail. I've had several people say they called, but it went directly to voice-mail. I've also had people say they left messages on my voice-mail, but I haven't received them yet. Who should I contact to get fixed? I have an Elderly Mom and it's important for her to be able to contact me. Also for any other emergencies. Thank you for your help! 🫂
