Not Receiving Text from some Andriod Contacts
Both phones on my account are no longer receiving texts from some of our contacts. The only commonality is that these contacts are not Iphone users. I have an Iphone 14 and the other phone is an Iphone 15. We recently changed from having a t-mobile business account to a personal account. We have tried every reset, update, and triple checked all settings, as have our contacts. Please advise. Thank you.
Having issues with using T-Mobile text messaging
When I was with ATT@TI set up a rule in Outlook to alert me via text messaging of important emails but now on T-Mobile its touch and go if it works! I get an error:550 5.1.1server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT. I'm also trying to set up an alert tone when it does work but I'm not sure if I'm setting the tone to the correct contact Any thoughts ?
