Lost capability to text: Contacts show sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone
Hello, I used to text this mobile phone for several months. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21. However, today, the text fails to be sent. Then, I look at my contacts for the mobile phone number and it is changed to: sip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone I removed this and updated the contacts with the correct phone number, but the text does not go through and the contacts is changed back tosip:[phone number]@msg.pc.tmobile.com;user=phone Any idea what is going on? I have a T-mobile home internet line and I’m trying to create a T-mobile Tuesdays account but when I go through the register procedure, it keeps sending me a PIN by text that I need to proceed and I don’t know where I can see these texts…anyone can help?
Why am I receiving texts from the future?
I'm recieving Texts with a Future Time Stamp. Last night/Morning at 1:28 am I received texts from 2 different people that were replys froma text I sent them over2 weeks ago. The texts I recieved are stamped with todays date but the time is stamped for hours later. These texts caused a panic last night when my recently brokenhearted Brother's text only said "Blew up" Thank goodness my level headed Husband open the text conversation. Can anyone tell me what I can do or check so that doesn't happen again? P.S. I live in Oregon. the time is currently 9:00 am on April 22nd and I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 9

been trying to text and get SIP: phone number @msg.pc.tmobile:user=phone. well called tmobile and not use, supposedly this is new for them. call and open a ticket! i tried to fix it by downloading another app to text. i tried MESSAGE+ for verizon since the one the galaxy sucks and hasnt been fixed since they are unaware the issue and apparently tmobile dont read this complaints and if they do, then fixed! spent talking to rep, helped with fix: setting download update check apps messages storage delete cache delete data (will deleted storaged msg) fixed some numbers but my 2nd issue ph number still acting up
Text not being delivered
My husband has a Google Pixel 4a phone. He recently lost his new one and got a new SIM card put in his older one. Since then, when I try to text him, the status says Sent but not Delivered, and he doesn't receive the texts. He can receive texts from other family members, and other numbers, and my texts are received by others, just not by him. Is there a way that he could have inadvertently blocked my texts? I can call him and vice versa.Sonim XP3 can't send or receive multimedia or group texts even with 4G or wifi on
My Sonim XP3 is awesome, one of my favorite phones I've ever had, BUT: the only thing that annoys me about it is I can't receive texts containing multimedia, or group texts. Instead I just get a message saying "Couldn't download..." and even if I turn on data and/or Wifi, I still can't download them. Needless to say I can't send them either. It's a 4G phone, and my previous flip phones were even less capable and even they had no trouble with these kinds of messages, even with the data turned off. Anyone know what's causing this issue or how to solve it?
connection issues s22 ultra
So ihave been having some sever connectoion issues with the s 22 ultra. I can not make calles ( even to911) I can not receive calls, and maybe 1 in 15 messages end up sending. I have reset the network, hard reset, soft reset, connection manually, factory reset, and have traded in one s 22 ultra for a new one and I am having the SAME issue. At this point I am so mad and over this phones problems. How can I get this phone switched to a phone that doesn't have these issues!Missing texts on multiple lines - no record in usage report
My wife and I both have Pixel 7 Pro phones with the latest updates installed. We are both in a group text with 2 other people who both have iPhones on Verizon. We'll call themBob and Sue for context. Two nights ago, she received a message in the group text from Sueand I did not. Looking at usage reports on T-Mobile it shows a record on my wife's account of the message from Sue's number but looking at my account it does not. Today, I received a message in the group text from Sue and she did not. Again, looking at usage reports I see the message on my account but not on her account. Based on this, I am assuming that this is NOT something with our phones as T-Mobile systems don't even show these messages in the usage reports. I'd contact support but I'm not sure it would get anywhere and likely they would pass the blame to the other carrier or say it was our phone or the senders phone. Thoughts? I just upgraded from a Android to an iPhone 14 Plus. I can send text messages to Android users, but their response doesn't come back to my iPhone. It comes into my old Android Device. I tried all the trouble shooting I could find online, as well as spent an hour with a T-Mobile Tech person over the phone. There is no resolve at this point. I will now have to return this phone that I've fallen in love with because I am not going to have a phone that excludes people from communicating with me. I have 7 days to make a decision. I am furious about this. I did find this on the Apple Forums, but it seems it didn't help the T-Mobile Tech get to the bottom of this issue: Apple: not getting texts from androids
