T-Mobile Plan I signed up for was $116.95 a Month. Breakdown as Follows: Dec. 18, 2022 $ 116.96 Account bill is due $425.95 and all my lines weresuspended 6 hours ago!!!!! Jan. 18, 2023 116.95 T-Mobile do not have Representatives or anyone who knows what's happening Feb. 18, 2023 116.95 in the account. T-Mobile do not have an email support or chat support nor Mar. 18,2023 116.95 anyone who can fix the problem or find a solution for the problem or activate Apr. 18, 2023 116.95 my lines as I do not have past balance based on my calculations. ----------- Total $ 584.75 Payments made and received 02/03/2023 $ 51.70 Like what most T-Mobile Customers says: T-Mobile gets customers money 02/05/2023 51.70 and then make website where T-Mobile Customers help each other 02/19/2023 155.11 while T-Mobile Staffs, Representatives, Supervisors and Managers 03/09/2023 133.00 getting their 8 hours dailyand going home happy without assisting any 04/03/2023 124.40 Customers who are having issues or at least reply to any of our concerns 04/10/2023 10.00 on this website. I have a prepaid number and activated an eSIM but it gave me a new number and plan (T.T)
I've had a Tmobile prepaid number for YEARS and when I went to activate the eSIM feature it never asked to import an existing line nor link an account. I followed the set up as it indicated on the app and it gave me a new number and plan. I've been trying to port my existing number to this new plan since I have credits on that account but to no avail.I am currently traveling so calling is imposible for me. (T.T)
Why is tmobile the only phone service blocking premium text?
why out of these phone services that the phones you sell is premium text denied? it was nit with sprint ? so get this as I figured out they have it blocked on their end so you will call and purchase new phones. Service access denied even for veterans that cannot verify accounts, to bypass this please download google voice and change all your accounts to your google number. AKA voip, tmobile i also fouund out is the only phone carrier that does this so that when you do call they will offer you to spend about 700 on a new phone upgrade. no other company just disables this, sprint even had it enabled til they merged, its all a call away from giving them alot of money ,, we did a story on this on our radio station and as a veteran military no one can ever use their tmobile number to verifuy their accounts to send codes so that you can access your online banks vetrans accounts, go to verizon, i wish i did but after this year i will be done with their asses. If you dont believe me than call…see if they dont offer or add more to your bill with tmobile, no one charges for third party access anymore, its to make sure its you that you logged in and can you believe these idiots are saying they charge?
