I manage a few mail servers for my employer. We noticed that we are being blocked by T-Mobile (relay=tmo-east.mx.a.cloudfilter.net).We send a lot of messages to our customers' SMS gateway addresses daily. As of today, all of our messages have started. On the servers we saw bouncing back with 421 sender rejected AUP#SNDR messages. Is there any way you could whitelist our mail server IP addresses? I know you are making some changes to fight spam, but it is hurting our clients who want to get notified on new property listings. I can email the logs to you at an appropriate email address or complete a whitelist form if you would like, along with a list of our mail server IP addresses. Please assist us with this issue.9.3KViews4likes33ComentariosEmail to SMS via @tmomail.net Not Working
As of Sept 11 my alarm systems stopped sending me notifications via email to sms utilizing NUMBER@tmomail.net. After some troubleshooting we have concluded that the email system is failing: Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s): Failed Recipient: NUMBER@tmomail.net Reason: Remote host said: 452 4.1.0 server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any idea how to fix it? How to escalate it? We will be missing security/fire/medical alerts!Solved7.4KViews4likes16ComentariosTMOMAIL.net Blocking Messages From Microsoft Outlook, And Other Domains
I have a print letter en route to your Albuquerque, NM post office box concerning this matter, but figured I'd try this forum out also, as the letter won't arrive for a couple of days. For years, I've used TMOMAIL.net to receive notifications to my Samsung smartphone. As of June 19 (approximately) I noticed that such SMS notifications were no longer reaching my phone. As a test of this, I tried sending a message from Microsoft Outlook - a mainline webmail platform - and it failed. Here was the rejection message payload: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net (xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net) Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, a connection to the remote server was closed abruptly. Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that your email system is unable to connect to their email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. For Email Admins This often indicates the recipient's firewall SMTP fixup setting or other firewall settings are preventing the SMTP protocol negotiation from succeeding. For more information and tips to fix this issue see this article: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=389361. Phone number redacted with "xxxxxxxxxx". Contact me directly for details. If the TMOMAIL.net domain has been discontinued, I think it would be courteous to inform customers of that prior to a sudden discontinuation, but when I spoke with "Andrew" from your Customer Care area, he informed me that the TMOMAIL domain should still be functional (before leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes, after which point I hung up). I did a search online for other solutions, and saw that "TMOBILE.net" is another similar domain for webmail, but I have never received communications of any kind that TMOMAIL.net was being switched over to TMOBILE.net, or that TMOBILE.net was coming online. I have tried resolving this by changing out my device's SIM card, rebooting the phone, and even visiting a T-Mobile showroom. None of this has worked, so - as I work in the information technology industry myself - I have to assume this is an administrative issue with the domain, meaning someone in your internal systems area (over web servers and gateways) should look at this. Like I said, I've been using TMOMAIL.net for literally YEARS without any issues. It's clear that something has changed within the past month, and judging by other messages on this forum, it's affecting others, as well. Thank you for your attention.1KViews3likes1ComentarioHow can I read/access tmomail.net?
Hello, I am trying to set up notifications for my child's school app and one option is to have notifications sent to my phone via sms where it has been using "<my t-mobile phone number>@tmomail.net", however it is supposed to then send a 4 digit code to my phone BUT I never got the SMS. Does t-mobile block these? How can I access messages sent to my "@tmomail.net" address? Again it has been well over 20 minutes and I am not seeing any text with a code on my apple iphone 11 (latest iOS). Is there any place else to read messages sent to tmomail.net? Please help! p.s. I saw some instructions which says to log in on my desktop and go to "Click on the "Connect and Share" tab in the upper section of the main account section page. Under "Connect and Share" select "E-mail" or "Configure E-Mail."" BUT I do not see any such header with "Connect and Share" Thanks! An emailed SMS (?RCS) message that I'd sent to myself at ...@tomail.net bounced back to me w/the error message, "The response was:DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of tomail.net responded with code NOERROR DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of localhost. responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type 'a' lookup of localhost. responded with code NXDOMAIN". Yet, I get emailed SMS (?RCS) messages to my # all the time. ¿Cuál es el problema?27Visto1like0ComentariosEmail to text not working via gmail.
Have a PLC that sends alerts/alarms out via email. There are 10 people on the group message, 8 of whom are on other carriers - all received the email/text, but not to tmomail.net. Only two of us are on Tmobile and we are the only two who didn't receive the alert: There was a temporary problem delivering your message to **********@tmomail.net. Gmail will retry for 25 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address failed: phoneline@tmomail.net: multiple delivery attempts failed I can send an email from my personal @gmail.com to phoneline@tmomail.netbut cannot send mail from an @specific domain. This domain is NOT on any email black lists and can send to other email addresses just fine,in fact, TMobile can SEND messsages TO this @specific domain I just cannotreceive. I've tried blank messages, test messages, messages with attachments etc... I found when trying to forward the blocked message to a t-mobile.com tech support email it was also blocked on their internal domains. This has been going on for over a month. I've called into tech support many times over the past month.I can only restart my phone or clear cache so many times. I'm pulling my hair out trying to explain the TMOBILE E-Mail server is blocking my messages, not my phone or app1.6KViews1like8Comentarios@tmomail.net & forwarding via Gmail
Hi - I'm trying to forward email (via filter rules) from Gmail to @tmomail.net. I can forward it manually from my Gmail account with no problem, but if I try the rules, it ultimately times out and I get a mail "Mail Delivery Subsystem" message back saying: *** The response from the remote server was: *** 421 4.2.0 <forwarding-noreply@google.com> server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRT Note: I'm actually a customer via Mint Mobile, in case that makes a difference. I have searched and found a number of older topics on tmomail.net not working. This worked for a long time then out of the blue, when trying to send a text to myself from my gmail account, the delivery is getting blocked when the gmail SMTP servers try to deliver the mail to tmomail.net Is there a quick fix to this? Why is this so hard to figure out. I'm actually using my own gmail account to send texts to tmomail.net to my T-Mobile cell number. That's all. I use a excel spreadsheet to send the email, I know the email is getting processed by gmail, it's on the tmomail.net end where it issue is. Thanks! mg1.2KViews1like6Comentarios
