trade in problem
5 TopicsCan I trade in iPhone 15 Pro if I got the back glass panel fixed?
My iPhone 15 Pro fell one foot onto bathroom tiles and the back glass cracked, even though my phone was in the case. I was wondering if I get this back screen replaced by apple if I will still be able to trade this phone in for full value when the time comes. Everything else is fine.175Visto0likes1ComentarioTrade in device problem
I traded in iphone 12 pro max 512 GB for iphone 15 pro max 256 GB in almost 100% perfect condition, no scratches, touch screen, camera and functions working normally, and it was the one I bought from AT&T, I read the conditions and the value of my phone should be $800. On April 30th, May 1st, I received a text message and email saying that T-mobile has not received my mobile and that my dating deal was May 16th. The officer said it may be in the process, it hasn't been scanned into the system, and then I called to follow up on the matter again on May 5th. The officer couldn't check where my phone was, said they couldn't check my IMEI number, but they would follow up on the matter. On May 6th, I received an email saying "Looks like there was a mix up-the make, model or memory of your quoted device doesn't match what we received or it was damaged. We will adjust your trade-in value to $230 because of this difference. For more details, please visit the link below." I did anApple Trade-In offer in September 2021 turning in my iPhone X for which I was supposed to get $800. The terms were for 24 months, I am now at 29 of 24 (mind you) with 1 more month to go. I am getting $21.84 credit a month. So far I only have $633.36credited and it will be $655 by the time I am done. THIS IS NOT the $800 promised (and noit wasn't up to $800). I actually have a screenshot of the offer. I am very disappointed and wished TMobile would stick with their original offer. Anybody else had this issue?22Visto0likes0ComentariosCan a phone w/a cracked case be traded in as part of the iPhone 15 promotion(s)?
We have two iPhone XR handsets we plan to trade in as part of a promotion to get new iPhone 15 Pro handsets. The promotion is basically the "it's on us" deal, where we get credits on our bill each month to defray the cost of the equipment. Negatives: we have to stick with T-Mobile for the duration of the equipment purchase plan (two years) we get phone which are locked to T-Mobile's network, whereas our current phones could be unlocked at any time (they're been paid off for years now) we have to upgrade to theGo5G Plus plan. Thatplan is slightly more expensive than the current T-Mobile ONE plan we're on today. My main concern is that my wife's XR has a cracked case on the back. Will the trade-in still be accepted? I mean, the XR is so old that the trade-in value is less than $100 even for a phone in perfect condition. So at worst I could see us having to pay an extra $100. But will that even be possible? Should we get the phone fixed first, at a cost of about $110?391Visto0likes1ComentarioGet trade in credit for 2 new iPhones with two new Magenta MAX lines?
Please see screenshot below. When going through the process it tells me I get $800 for the S20 5G trade in, and $400 for the S10e trade in. However, when I reach the shopping cart it then removes the lower trade in credit and shows just the $800. I was told you can trade in two devices…is this a bug in the check-out system or can you really only get this offer once? All other carriers allow two trade ins.129Visto0likes1Comentario
