Desperate here. I did everything I was ordered to do by T mobile. used their shipping label and shipped it via USPS. long story short it's missing. talked to the customer service. As you can imagine all I hear is samething like parrot. "ma'am, we didn't get the package we can't honor your trade in value." Now I got the message that they will stop my trade in credit. because I didn't return device. what should I do? Of course, I have receipt and everything. I don't want to talk to that dumb customer service robots anymore. anybody know where I turn to now?1.3KViews0likes24ComentariosI'm getting billed for a phone that I haven't received
I ordered the Gray Green 512gb Samsung Z Fold 4 last Friday. 2-day delivery. T-mobile site and UPS site stated it was to arrive between Tuesday 11/25-11/30/22. Today isSunday 12/04/22. I've called and spoken to multiple representatives from both T-mobile and UPS. UPS sent a notice via email that they were Out for Delivery on 11/29//22. No update given that they were changing the delivery date. Instead the next day the site says the package status is"The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." They offered no active solution except to wait and because UPS couldn't find the package in their warehouse:to file a claim. T-Mobile & UPS representativesall keep telling me to wait because: (UPS) - its still being processed. They can't find it. it might be on a truck. (but if its on a truck its been in the truck since Tuesday 11/29/22). Its beena week now. (T-Mobile) - Its the holiday and its most likely delayed. UPS shipping update states that the package was received at the local UPS 11/28/22 & Out for delivery on 11/29/22 @9:39am. Its been over a week. I'm filing a claim. I've been billed for a device that I did not receive. This is a trade-in and upgrade. The 30-day shipping window for sending in my device for trade-in is about to lapse. Please help. If its going to be a hassle like this, I don't want the phone. Do something to help resolve this. ¿Cuáles son mis opciones? I don't want to be billed for a phonethat I did not receive. Its almost the 2nd month for the billing date of this phone that I did not receive and the 30-day window for trade-in is about to lapse. UPS has lost my phone order from T-Mobile before and gave me an empty box. Please don't let this happen again. I've been a loyal Tmobile customer for many years. This is a terribly disappointingexperience. I would recommend a more secure way for your customers to receive their order: Pick up shipped order at the local T-Mobile store. Or better yet, have UPS ship the phone to a local T-Mobile store. That way, your customers do not need to waste their time chained at the door. Modern times, need modern efficient solutions. For future orders, have my order sent to my local T-Mobile store for pick-up.746Visto2likes4ComentariosT-mobile refusing to give me my credits from a promotion I qualified for
Just a heads-up, this will be very long. Don't know how to tldr In late May, I decided to migrate from sprint to t-mobile because there was a running promotion that stated that I can receive a free Galaxy S21 in the form of $800recurring credits over the span of 24 months if I opened a new line (didnt matter which plan) and traded in an eligible phone that would qualify for them. So I went with my brother to a local t-mobile store to trade in my S10 and his iPhone X; both phones qualified for the $800 trade in promotion. My brother is the account holder and has been a loyal sprint customer for something like 5 years at this point so his account was in good standing, therefore he qualified for the promotion. My brother had to mail his phone out for the trade-in because it wasn't fully paid off but in the end, we both received the S21's at the store. The problem, however, was that T-Mobile sent the mailing kit to our previous address (we had moved a few months earlier) and it didn't occur to us until about 2 weeks later. My brother went to the store to inform them of the situation but they said they couldn't do anything on their end because his PIN wasn't working or something, and that in order to reset it he had to wait 30 days. He waited 30 days and went back to the store, same issue, only this time the staff couldn't even sign into my brother's account because they were getting the same errors we were getting when trying to access the site ("Whoops! Looks like our wires are crossed!") At this point we've noticed that we're being charged for each of the phones. I call customer care and I learn that the promotion was never applied to the account. They told me because one of the 2 phones weren't traded in, the promotion didn't take effect on any level. So I traded in my s10 for free essentially. However, after lots of back and forth, they finally applieda lump sum of $350, which will be part of the $500 in credits I'll be recieving for theCURRENT trade-in promotion, instead of the $800 in credits I was supposed to receive from the promotion at the time (late may). Keep in mind, the current $800 trade promotion requires you to start a new Magenta MAX line, when before the magenta type did not matter. Customer caretold me the promotion I was talking about was available only for 1 day, and that it was a typo on T-Mobile's end. I did a lot of research before going through with the trade in and that particular promotion was being talked about A LOT on forums and on Redditfor a couple of months, so what the supervisor from customer care was telling me was blatantly untrue. Not only that, but I can see the promotions from previous dates on Wayback Machine! I'll post the links, and even attach some screenshots. 1. This is what the CURRENT promotion looks like: https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/samsung-phone-deals Note the "MAX" 2.This is what the promotion looked like when I applied. https://web.archive.org/web/20210523051210/https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/samsung-phone-deals Note the absence of "MAX" 3. As a reference, this was the ORIGINAL promotion from February. https://web.archive.org/web/20210208034631/https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/samsung-phone-deals Note the absence of needing to activate anew line There's a pattern. As time went on, the more stringent the promotion became. I understand that my brother should have been more preemptive on his end, but I get the short end of the stick here because I traded in my phone hoping I'd be getting recurring credits for 2 years that would essentially be paying off the S21, but instead the lump sum I received will be going towards the entire phone bill, and will cover the total cost for about 2 months, which means I still have to pay off my S21 for the remainder of the 24 months anyways. The fact that all of these agents and that one particular idiot of a supervisor keep telling me that that promotion never existed is infuriating me. What can I do? Can i file a claim or something? I feel misled, cheated, and taken advantage of. Thanks in advance to anybody who decides to help5.9KViews1like20Comentariospartially blind and dyslexic and sold a phone that was supposed to have facial recognition and the ability to read to me not even close and t mobile wont make it right

I got the iPhone 12 pro Max and traded in my iPhone X for the $830 promo. I mailed my device on November 24th, walked into the post office and got a receipt for proof I dropped it off.I got the return label directly from a T-mobile store since I couldn't print it at home. I kept the customer copy as well. It's being shipped to Assurant in Texas but my tracking number hasn't been updated since December 2nd. It was supposed to arrive Nov. 30th but got pushed back due to holidays I'm assuming. It needs to be returned by December 20th so now I'm getting paranoid. I'm calling them tomorrow and asking if it would still be honored even if the package got lost. It's not my fault since I did everything correctly. Also all the links on the T-mobile website and app are useless! They just take me to the log in and that's it. So frustrating! I wouldn't have switched over if I knew they're this unorganized. anyone have any similar experiences? I can't open a claim with the USPS since I don't know the exact address it's getting shipped to. My fault for not taking a picture of the label. I just know it's the Assurant in Lewisville, TX 75057.Solved8.5KViews2likes16ComentariosTmobile lost my trade in and is not honoring trade credit. What can I do?
I shipped the trade in to T-Mobile, the tracking says it was delivered. I called them to ask about my trade in credit and they said they never received the phone. I provided them the tracking number and the email saying how much my trade in was approved for. They are now only offering me $80 from what was supposed to be $380. What are my options here? I've been a T-Mobile customer for a very long time with 6 lines and multiple new phones on payment plans.4.3KViews3likes17ComentariosIs this what being a T-Mobile customer is like?
I'm here to ask while I still have a chance to escape T-Mobile if I need to. So I took advantage of the promotion that T-Mobile had where you could get $800/phone when you trade in a qualifying device when activating a new line of service. I had two iPhone XS and a Galaxy S9 from Verizon that I was trading in and porting in the new number. That was Tuesday evening (1/11/22). The call was all over the place and didn't go smoothly but it seemed like it ended the right way. I asked multiple times to confirm I would be receiving the $800 credit towards each of my new purchases, paid the tax, and submitted the order over the phone. I received the new phones on Thursday evening (1/13/22). Due to the fact that I needed to make sure all of our stuff was backed up on our phones and my mother's, I couldn't activate the phones right away. I did it today, 3 days later on 1/16/22. Before I confirmed the order, I asked if boxes would be sent so I could ship the trade-ins to T-Mobile. She said that there would be. No boxes came with the order. She also said that I could take them to my nearby T-Mobile store and turn them in there if I was more comfortable doing that. Given that there was $2400 on the line and I wanted to make sure my trade-in phones arrived in the same condition as they left my house (pristine), I decided to bring them to the store. I took them to the Monticello, MN location and right away the guy told me he wouldn't take the phones because I didn't buy them there. I told him I had no idea where to send them because I didn't receive shipping labels or boxes. He said he would print them out for me...but then he looked up our phones and said that there were no promotions for our devices and that he couldn't help us. First thing...it seemed apparent to me that they just didn't want to help us at the store since we bought it over the phone/had the new phones shipped. Second, the guy was pretty arrogant. Thirdly, when I called to try to things taken care of, they told me it was going to be an hour long wait. Sure...when I called to setup new service, there was no wait. Now after I've already activated, I get put to the back of the line and need to wait an hour. So I set the call back option so that when it was my turn T-Mobile would call me back. They call back a little over an hour later and the person that gets on the line hangs up on me immediately. So I call the new sales line...get someone on the phone immediately, and explain to them what's going on. They tell me that the rep that setup my order did not enter the trade-ins or the promotion and that we were no longer eligible for that offer. They're refusing to honor it retroactively as well even though they see the order was made on that date and can review the calls where I confirmed multiple times that the promotion would be applied. I almost blew my top. This is still not resolved but now my lines are no longer on Verizon and I really have no recourse at all except to migrate our data back over to the older phones, return the phones and try to get Verizon to re-enable our lines. I have NEVER had a worse experience with a cell-phone company. Has anyone else experienced anything similar with T-Mobile?Solved2.8KViews5likes11ComentariosT-Mobile has been overcharging me for months
I am so disappointed and angry about the billing I've received from T-Mobile. Our coverage has gotten worse with the new towers while our bills, which were supposed to stay at $85 have ballooned to almost $200 a month. We traded in phones that were in perfect working order and were assured on multiple occasions that the promotion for the iPhones we received would lead to no increase in our monthly bill. I am not sure whom to report their business practices to, but I will be finding a way to take action if they do not refund the overcharges and return us back to our previous bill amount.3.2KViews7likes16Comentariosintercambio
I currently have an S22+ that I would liketo upgrade to the Ultra 24. I would like to take advantage of the Samsung offer they have on their website where I can trade in my S22 and get credit towards the phone as well as $100 towards cases, headphones, etc. I'm on the One plan. My question is can I preorder the Ultra through Samsung, have it shipped to me and then take my current S22+ into a TMobile store and trade it in there? It's in near perfect condition without a scratch that I can make out.57Visto0likes0Comentarios
