I traded in iphone 12 pro max 512 GB for iphone 15 pro max 256 GB in almost 100% perfect condition, no scratches, touch screen, camera and functions working normally, and it was the one I bought from AT&T, I read the conditions and the value of my phone should be $800. On April 30th, May 1st, I received a text message and email saying that T-mobile has not received my mobile and that my dating deal was May 16th. The officer said it may be in the process, it hasn't been scanned into the system, and then I called to follow up on the matter again on May 5th. The officer couldn't check where my phone was, said they couldn't check my IMEI number, but they would follow up on the matter. On May 6th, I received an email saying "Looks like there was a mix up-the make, model or memory of your quoted device doesn't match what we received or it was damaged. We will adjust your trade-in value to $230 because of this difference. For more details, please visit the link below." I did anApple Trade-In offer in September 2021 turning in my iPhone X for which I was supposed to get $800. The terms were for 24 months, I am now at 29 of 24 (mind you) with 1 more month to go. I am getting $21.84 credit a month. So far I only have $633.36credited and it will be $655 by the time I am done. THIS IS NOT the $800 promised (and noit wasn't up to $800). I actually have a screenshot of the offer. I am very disappointed and wished TMobile would stick with their original offer. Anybody else had this issue?22Visto0likes0ComentariosWarehouse "never received" my trade-in device
I used the trade-in offer for my Iphone X 64GB for the IPhone 12 Pro Max in retail, which the product was mailed to me a week after. The same day that I received the new phone, I had dropped the trade-in phone (IPhone X) to USPS. On December 2, my tracking depicted that it had arrived at the warehouse. A week later I never got the rebate I was told I would receive and I decided to call them. They said there would be an investigation in which 5 days later (December 10) I received an email that they did not have any information that they received the trade-in. I clearly did return it, so what am I supposed to do now. I am still receiving messages that I have to return the phone despite messaging the team multiple times. All their responses were to wait. This is making me go insane.Solved8.3KViews1like45ComentariosRequest for Immediate Resolution on Trade-In Issue @TMobile #CustomerService #TMobileHelp
📢 Urgent Attention Needed @TMobile! I am reaching out through this platform in hopes of expediting a resolution to an ongoing issue that has not been resolved despite multiple follow-ups. Here's a brief overview: 🔹 Trade-In Issue: I've been awaiting the trade-in shipping label for my iPhone XS Max, promised as part of my purchase deal (Order Number: S138134234). This was a key factor in my decision to upgrade with T-Mobile. 🔹 Multiple Follow-Ups: Despite several emails sent to your customer service since November 23, 2023, the issue remains unresolved. My last communication received from your team was on December 13, with no further updates or solutions provided. 🔹 Impact: The absence of the shipping label is not only delaying the trade-in process but also affecting the financial terms of my purchase. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and concern. 🆘 Seeking Immediate Help: I am looking for an urgent resolution to this matter. It is critical for me to complete this trade-in process to receive the agreed value, which was a pivotal part of my decision to continue as a T-Mobile customer. I appreciate the challenges in managing customer queries, but the lack of response and resolution is disheartening. I am hopeful that bringing this to a public platform will ensure the issue receives the attention it requires. 🙏 I kindly request @TMobile's customer service team to look into this matter and provide an expedited resolution. Your prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated! #TMobileSupport #TradeInTrouble #CustomerExperience #ResolutionNeeded79Visto0likes1ComentarioForgot to erase phone before returning it
Hi All, If someone can please reassure me or tell me how this process works, please do!! I returned my broken phone after receivinga new one from assurant. BUT, I forgot to erase the phone before I returned it. It still had my passcode on it and I was signed into my Apple ID, and I had it set up to where as soon as it was connected to the internet it would erase automatically. I never received an email from Apple saying the phone was erased or anything. I just want to know if when they receive phones that are broken, do they erase all data on it even if you forgot to? Someone please let me know!348Visto0likes2Comentariosif phone has trade in promo, can i pay some more money on its balance but not pay it fully yet since i dont have the funds to fully pay it in one go?
I have a iPhone 14 pro trade in promotion i got for upgrading my plan. I believe I'm getting 800 in credit so monthly I pay 8 bucks for it. I wondered if (even though the promo is for 24 months )I can put more money on it from time to time to eventually finish paying it off/lower the balance instead of only paying 8 dollars monthly, so I can change my plan to a cheaper plan, since I got the promo for upgrading to the new premium plan go2plus or whatever it's called. I've been told paying anything extra on a promo phone would cause tmobile to charge me the full balance the next bill after. Ayuda.1.7KViews0likes6ComentariosShipping iphone 15 to APO address
Called Tmobile customer support and they said iPhone 15s are not currently being shipped to APO addresses. I am a military member living in Japan. They said I could have it shipped to the states where someone else could ship it over to me and then I could ship the trade in back. What is the safest way to do this? I have had packages denied before due to lithium batteries being present.617Visto0likes2ComentariosT mobile trade in scam
I have the same issue for my trade in devices. I trade in from Verizon to T-Mobile, they told me I HAVE TO get new phones and they make go from an iPhone 13 in Verizon to an iPhone 13 on T-Mobile. Now, I received an email saying that I should have kept the old phones in order to be able to do the keep and switch promotion. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE CALLED at least 20 times this week and no one knows what to do, I went to the store and they said that keep waiting, waiting for what? until I can't return the new phones?260Visto0likes1Comentario
