Do customershave to finance the phone in order to take advantage of the trade in offer? (Can wepay full amount to purchase and still get the trade in value? It is really annoying how aggressive the sales people are in your stores when they push the financing option.) Also, there seems to be a lot of frustration from customers about trading in a phone with expectation of getting a certain amount only to find they are given substantially less. Can customersreturn their newly-purchasedphone for a full refund within a certain period of time if they are disappointed by the trade-in offer for their old phone? ¡Gracias!100Visto0likes1ComentarioUSPS Moving Through Network Trade-in iPhone
I shipped my trade-in iPhones on Sep 28, and Assurant has already received one; the other one has been stuck in FRISCO, TX 75035 since Oct 4th with a status saying "Moving Through Network." What should I do to get my rebate if my iPhone is lost due to USPS? Will Mobile refuse to honor the rebate?441Visto1like3ComentariosDid I send my trade-in device to the right place?
Good morning, Transferred over from Sprint just a few days ago (loving T-Mobile and its customer service so far), but I have some questions about my order and trading in a device. I am trying to take advantage of the $700 off the iPhone 11 with a trade-in of an iPhone. I distinctly remember attaching a trade-in, with IMEI and all, to my T-Mobile online order. I was required to put a down payment on the new phone, and the phone was shipped and delivered with no issues. However, I can't seem to find any documentation or details regarding my trade-in and I can't check the trade-in status. I go to My T-Mobile / My Phone / Trade-in Status and am met with this screen: From what I've seen on forums and Reddit, this is not what I should see: instead, I should see a Shipping label and RMA information to ship my old device for trade-in to T-Mobile/Assurant. I have also heard there is some sort of "Device Recovery Agreement" that I would've signed along with my Device Financing Agreement and Service Agreement when initially making the online order--I can't seem to find any Device Recovery Agreement. I called Customer Care and asked about where to send my device and I was provided a UPS shipping label to: T-Mobile NRC, 13704 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. The Care Representative said that my credits could take up to two full billing cycles before being applied to my account after the device is delivered. However, from what I have heard, this is not the appropriate location to send trade-in devices, as the NRC handles returns and Assurant in York, PA handles trade-ins. So, my question: will everything with my trade-in work out OK? Have I sent my device to the right location, or is there some sort of confusion or error in all of this? I'm on the new Magenta Max plan. If I trade in my son's device it gives me a credit of $400 when it's financed, however, if I want to pay in full and trade it in, it only offers me $100, why? Also, If I want to pay off my device, is there any accrued interest or if there is will that be omitted when paying the device off?20KViews0likes4ComentariosShipping Label To Send Old Device Back
So, I have taken advantage of $500 off for Galaxy S20 FE with Trade-In. I have the new phone with me. However, I literally can't find Trade-In Label or Instructions anywhere on my account. Can someone please help me out in this regard? Also, I did return an unopened OnePlus 8 back to T-Mobile and it was received on Monday. How many days would it take before my account is updated and the device is removed from EIP status?Solved59KViews3likes8ComentariosI'm getting two different trade-in values for my iPhone 7?
So I just pre-ordered the new iPhone XR and the current trade-in promotion is that you can get $390 in monthly bill credits if I trade in my iPhone 7. So I did. However, I just checked my trade-in shipping label info/receipt etc. from Assurant and it says "Accepted Offer Value: $121.00" !!!! This is NOT what I accepted, nowhere during the entire processed did I ACCEPT "$121.00". The current promo of $390 for iPhone 7 trade-in is what I accepted. Now, I don't know if I should ship out my old phone when new one arrives. This is outrageous.Solved4.2KViews0likes8ComentariosTrade-in question
We switch to T-Mobile yesterday. One of our phones has a cracked back but there is NO water damage and the phone works perfectly well. We were told in the store thisphone would be accepted as a trade-in for anew phonebecause, and I quote, "that is T-Mobile's policy". So we all got the Apple IPhone 12 promotion ($830 off over 24 months with a trade-in) except for one of our lines - he got the SE so 100% off over 24 months with NO trade-in so we just traded his in for a bill credit. Apparently we should not have done this because…... We weretold sincewe were sending her phone directly to her at college, it would be easier to just order it ourselves. So, last night, I was chatting with someone onlinehaving her place my order, very nice lady named Bea. But she told me wecould not trade in the phone because of the crack - therefore not getting the same Apple iPhone 12 promotion. So now basically, we are out quite a bit of money. Were we told incorrect info in the store? Was I told incorrect info in the chat about it not being accepted? Is there anything I can do now??? I haven't placed the order yet...Solved2.2KViews0likes1Comentario
