Need support about unlock network
Hello I bought iphone 11 promax long time ago, arround 2020. But now, when i was traveling to other country. I gave it to my friend as a gift. But she said it's network locked and couldn't using it. So how can i resolve this problem? I have checked some policy about payment, or bad status. But i'm sure that i already done all payment, and don't have any bad status stick with that phone. T-Mobile Not Unlocking my Phone
Hello, long story short T-Mobile is not unlocking my phone and not giving me a proper reason about it for over 2 weeks. After more than 10 calls and talked to around 20 people on the customer service side, they are not unlocking the phone. I know that's basically violating the law. But wanted to ask first if there is anything I can do with T-Mobile before involving lawyers.
