Paid off the lastpymton all my equipmentin acct, so I unlocked my phone via settings. I'm confused with a message that keeps on popping up on my screen on my cell, and my tablet now states that my unlock has expired? Below is the pop up message: Your phone's network unlock will expire in 1 days. SIM cards from other service providers will no longer work. Can anyone help me out please. I thought once paid up you own all equipment, hence unlocked with no expiration ... better off when trading in, etc. Thanks ...Solved851Visto0likes13ComentariosUnlock Iphone se
A friend of mine broughtme an iPhone se (2020), and I live in Lebanon. When I inserted the SIM card, I received a message stating that the phone is locked ( sim not supported ). I inquired about the issue at a mobile repair shop, and they told me that the phone is locked by the T carrier. Could you please help me understand how I can unlock the phone to work on the local network where I live?76Visto0likes2ComentariosPlease all brothers help me unlock it, SE2022 IMEI350422142693474

Reason Code: 19
Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code is 19 when I try to permanently unlock it on the device. T-Mobile has no answers when I'm able to get through to them but that's only if I'm at a store and talking to a rep on the phone at the same time. the device is a replacement device from Assurant which is another route that I explored for a possible problem but was assured that the IMEI should be in T-Mobile's database even though it's a replacement device. I'm running out of options I don't know what else to do I have $1,000 phone that I'm not able to use to make phone calls or use cell towers and it's so frustrating oh and I also just recently received my final bill in the mail from T-Mobile which is a negative! -$47 balance so now I'm wondering since it's not a zero balance and since T-Mobile owes me money could that be the reason that my locked. Does anyone who has read this far have any suggestions or reasons why my phone is locked? I'll be filing an FCC complaint next because they restricting me from using the device that I legally bought from them. I doubt it causes any progress but maybe someone will see it and care enough to tighten the leash on big companies like T-Mobile.Solved5.6KViews2likes9ComentariosNot unlocking 12 pro max
So I am a business customer and not only have I been waiting 3 months for my phone that has been paid off for over a year to be unlocked, TMobile has been arguing with me that my phone was not purchased through them. They don't have an EIP on file although I do in my T-Mobile account. One representative Rene said my phone was unlocked and that it's Apples problem so they transferred to apple care where it was determined that T-Mobile lied. Also many customer service agents have no clue as to what the T-Mobile Unlock policy is, automatically does not mean I have to call in to request that my paid off phone bee unlocked. It was on a valid line for over 3 years, paid off, account is current and T-Mobile still is playing games. In the AM I go to mail a T-Mobile a letter and start the small claims court. keep all your papers cause T-Mobile will lose them and say your phone was never purchased through them even though the EIP has the correct IMEI.85Visto1like6ComentariosUnlocking IPhone 12 pro max
OK so here is my question … my son (one of 4 lines on my plan) purchased a new Iphone directly from Apple. He will be swapping out his current phone (iphone 12 pro max ) that is fully paid off. All our phones are paid in full yet only two are showing unlocked (mine and my fathers). Sons and daughters still showing locked. Why if they are paid off? When my son swaps the phones, he will be gifting the 12 pro max to his dad to take to his carrier. how can we get the phone unlocked?Solved127Visto0likes4ComentariosUnlocking iPhone activation
Hello dear T-Mobile, I'm writing to ask you to unlock iPhone 3GS from you to use in Russia. It used to work with Russian sim-card, it was lying a lot of time and I had to reset it, because there were system errors. When activating it, an activation error popped up (not a system error). For me this phone is very significant, it is a gift to me from my favorite aunt, very much you please help me! I purchased a factory unlocked galaxy s22 from best buy nearly two years ago and had a no contract phone plan through Metropcs, which later, years after I signed up with metropcs, became metro by tmobile. I canceled my service with Metro by Tmobile and started a plan with xfinity mobile but I am unable to switch my esim because it says my device is locked and ineligible for unlock. ? Tmobile doesn't own my device and is holding it hostage. I need to be able to communicate with my family and business associates and you are directly hindering that. I will never use your mobile or other service and will always go out of my way to recommend that others find a better service provider, one that won't try to hijack and their device without their knowledge. When Tmobile took over they locked my phone to their network and now I am hearing that I need to provide proof that I didn't purchase the phone from Tmobile? The phone was not purchased from a mobile carrier at all for this exact reason. So that I could switch networks when I wanted to without going through this nonsense. I have filed an informal complaint with the FCC regarding this matter and will gladly escalate it to a formal complaint and go as far as is necessary to ensure that Tmobile undoes this injustice and is held responsible for their actions. This is unacceptable. You have no right to hold my device hostage like this when I purchased it outright from a retailer as an unlocked device, not to mention that I was only affiliated with your scummy service because you acquired the phone company I had service through.33Visto0likes0Comentarios
