155 Topicsunable to purchase a phone online. Anybody else dealing with this issue recently??
I have tried five different devices and different browsers and I still can't purchase a phone online. I get as far as the trade in and when I press skip trade in the screen just loads to a white page. I've been trying for days and still not able to get anywhere. I just want to purchase a new phone without having to call or go into a store.6.9KViews4likes7ComentariosOops we hit a snag/upgrade online
I've been trying to upgrade my phone online for several weeks, but the system keeps popping up the "OOPS! WE HIT A SNAG" dialog box. I don't want to go into a store to purchase my phone because they want more money than what the price is listed online due to "help" fees. I just want to get a new phone. Has anyone else been having this issue? Also, why doesn't T-Mobile have an online service desk? Get with the times.1.3KViews3likes3ComentariosGalaxy S21 Ultra 256gb Delay
Is there a backorder issue with the Galaxy S21 Ultra 256gb? The goalposts keep moving as far as shipping and delivery date. As of now, it says it is supposed to both ship and be delivered today, but at 3:30 pm, that is unlikely. The telephone customer service said that T-mobile will not have any to sell until April 6. I have heard of delayed delivery during November/December (holiday rush), but I assumed that was just processing time delays. This is different: providinga delivery date within a few days even though the product will not be available for weeks, but then keep pushing the actual delivery date out.4.2KViews2likes9ComentariosWhy is my Pixel 3 not eligible for a new SIM card?
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years now, with very few issues. Once T-Mobile and Sprint merged I began to see the quality of my cell service drop over time, and then Ireceived an email stating that I could come in to a T-Mobile store for a "SIM swap" to take advantage of the "T-Mobile Network Experience". When I went in to the T-Mobile store, the employee told me that he could swap my SIM card in just a few minutes. Then, after putting in all of my information he said that my phone did not qualify for the SIM swap and that I would have to upgrade to a new phone to qualify. He even showed me on the computer that the system was prompting him to tell me this. I have an unlocked Pixel 3, that I purchased outright from Google two years ago. The phone is even listed as a compatible device by T-Mobile here (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/lte-band-compatible-devices). The employee at the store told me that Sprint towers are being shut down, and that my service will continue getting worse until I get a T-Mobile SIM card. It seems that T-Mobile is trying to force me in to spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone just to have decent service again. I feel like I'm being scammed here. Does anyone have information on why I can't get a T-Mobile SIM card for my Pixel 3? I've tried getting answers in store and through the customer service chat function online with no actual answer other than "Your phone doesn't qualify". I should be given a new SIM regardless of the phone if the merger is causing Sprint customers to lose service as the towers are being shut down. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Hi So generally I have been pleased with T MOBILE internet. Some glitches.. but ook… BUT the BIGGESt GRIPE i Have is that the last 2 Fridays for around 8 hours the ENTIRE Internet AND Cell phone coverage has gone down in my area!!! NO WARNING and I was confused and stressed.. what was going on. It ruined my Friday having to drive 20 minutes away to get a signal to find out what happened. Then it happened AGAIN this Friday.. again, no warning. I have gottne very flippant answers from other customers about how T Mobile can't expect to "cater to my entitlement'.. UH what "Entitlement" ?? That I have reliable cell phone service at my home? Even the Energy Company has a courtesty to tell you when things are going down and appx time it will be restored. Can't we expect the same of TmOBILE? How long are these "Modernization upgrades going to be happening?529Visto2likes5ComentariosCan't upgrade my phone online - why?
Has anyone else experienced this?I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and my husband has a Galaxy S7. We also have an old plan (Simple Choice). We are finally ready to upgrade our phones to the S21, but when I try to do it online, I can't. Everything starts out fine. The initial screen says both phone are eligible to upgrade; when I get to the screen to pick which phone to upgrade, it still seems fine, but once I select the phone to upgrade the next screen says I'm not eligible to upgrade and need to call or come to the store to finish the order. This is really frustrating because I am trying to avoid that ridiculous $20 service charge they have now. I should be able to upgrade my phone online, without getting charged a fee. And while I'm ranting, I should also be able to get a deal on a new phone without having to add a line. I don't need a third line. We just need the two lines and should be able to get the buy one get one, without adding a third line. Anyone have any insight before I break down and call. Hopefully I won't go off on the customer service rep too badly. Thanks for the help.13KViews1like7ComentariosSprint to T-Mobile Phone Upgrades
Now that the former Sprint services have been rolled over to T-Mobile, the store fronts are no longer able to access the information relating to our accounts. How am I supposed to upgrade my phone if they can't access my account information?55Visto1like0ComentariosUpgrade Fees and Taxes
Hi - I was thinking about upgrading my phone and when I spoke with the associate I was told the cost would be ~$70. On the website, the phone listed was $0 down so I asked what went into that cost. They responded with and upgrade charge ($20) and taxes. The phone is listed on the website at $162 and the state I live in has a 1% sales tax so I am just curious what other taxes are included that would make up the difference?10KViews1like3Comentarios
