I recently upgraded my device and the device displayed on my T-Mobile account is showing the wrong device. It's not the old one, it's a new model that is not mine. I reached out to customer service a few times and they do not know why. My new phone works fine. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix for it?Solved68Visto0likes2ComentariosOnline upgrade
Never upgraded a phone online, if I order an upgrade to be shipped to the house, is it difficult to activate the phone upon arrival? Went to local store to upgrade my line but feltlike the retail store is trying to "pad" the upgrade by saying I have to change plans and ad ons.Solved820Visto0likes2Comentarios- 61Visto0likes1Comentario
Question about $830 discount for new iPhone 15
Hello, Currently I have a Magenta plan and an iPhone 13. I want to upgrade to an iPhone 15. It says that, if I change to the Go5g Plus plan, I can get $830 in credits for a new device (with trade-in) I just changed my plan to Go5g because I figure the $830 in credits pays for the difference in monthly fees. But it says my new plan doesn't go into effect until October 27th (one week from today). Do I have to wait until then in order to take advantage of the $830 discount offer? I was hoping to buy the new phone today, but it seems that I have to wait until the new plan takes effect. Or do I?727Visto0likes0Comentarios
