Home internet plus high upload low download
Issues that all started the moment I switched to Home Internet Plus. Ever since then, I've gone from generally fine speeds with the standard home internet plan to absolute garbage with this one. Higher upload speeds than download speeds? What's up with that? Assuming it was a hardware problem, I had it replaced. The same issues. High upload speed, abysmal download. Attached are the metrics of the router currently, as well as logs of my recent speed tests I've been doing over the course of the last few days. At first I thought it was placement, but I have no clue why sometimes the download speed would absolutely sore, like it did there near the middle of the speedtests... The equipment I'm using is the white home internet plus gateway.TMO-G4SE 5G GATEWAY WHT KIT Super disappointed considering service used to be flawless before "upgrading".

I have 100 Gig of unlimited data on my account. My Question is, is that per line or total for all my lines? I have 7 lines but only 6 are smart phones? I am thinking about upgrading to the Go5g Military Plus for all my lines. I kept my old phone from AT&Tand don't have access to Tmobile 5g Service since I think the phones don't accept the frequency T-Mobile uses. So I am trying to see what perks are for going from the Go5g to the GO5G Plus for Military and where it says a new phone every 2?
UPGRADING OF TOWERS
Hi So generally I have been pleased with T MOBILE internet. Some glitches.. but ook… BUT the BIGGESt GRIPE i Have is that the last 2 Fridays for around 8 hours the ENTIRE Internet AND Cell phone coverage has gone down in my area!!! NO WARNING and I was confused and stressed.. what was going on. It ruined my Friday having to drive 20 minutes away to get a signal to find out what happened. Then it happened AGAIN this Friday.. again, no warning. I have gottne very flippant answers from other customers about how T Mobile can't expect to "cater to my entitlement'.. UH what "Entitlement" ?? That I have reliable cell phone service at my home? Even the Energy Company has a courtesty to tell you when things are going down and appx time it will be restored. Can't we expect the same of TmOBILE? How long are these "Modernization upgrades going to be happening?When will you complete updates to nearby tower?
When will you complete updates to the nearby cell tower? When I began using your service I had on average a 40 mbps download speed. I changed nothing and now during the day I average 1-2 mbps and 10 mbps in the evening. This has been occurring since November 2021. The story I get when I speak with your support is that they are upgrading the tower near me and once finished I will have the best service ever. But when? When will the upgrade be completed?
