When I login to my account or check the app, my incoming/outgoing call and text details are not showing accurately. For about 2 months now, ourtext message usage log showsthere hasbeen hundreds of incoming text messages from two "Atlanta, GA" numbers:404-455-0118 and 404-455-0112. We have never actually recieved anything from these numbers (nothing in our phones). It just shows up on the usage history. I contacted the # and they are out of service, but it shows on our log that we'rereceiving well over adozen texts from them EVERY day. We don't know anyone from GA and that's on the other side of the country from us. I blocked these # from our family accounts, but they're STILL showing up on the usage log regularly. Been monitoring daily usage because I'm on tiered data plan. (Wish I could switch) Before I could access by clicking on "USAGE" tab but that changed overnight. So according to my usage log my messages don't come in until three hours later than the time they were actually sent ! Can somebody please explain this to me and help me better understand why I dont have a accurate time and date on my bill as the time and date that the messages were actually sent !!! Been monitoring our daily usage because we're on an expensive tiered plan. When exceptionally high usage shows up, I note activities that may be the cause--such as Zooms, streaming video, etc. Even though we're on a "data diet", T-Mobile has been reporting some exceptionally high usage that doesn't jibe with our activity. I started noticing this in May-23. I can see individual text in Usage both incoming and outgoing but i can no longer see in Usage (online and on bill) incoming and outgoing text from group texts. And this is happening to all the lines in my account. I have a feeling text messages will go away completely and everything will be done through data. either track them still as Text Messages or no companywill have Text Message services anymore.905Visto0likes1Comentario
