For about 2 months now, ourtext message usage log showsthere hasbeen hundreds of incoming text messages from two "Atlanta, GA" numbers:404-455-0118 and 404-455-0112. We have never actually recieved anything from these numbers (nothing in our phones). It just shows up on the usage history. I contacted the # and they are out of service, but it shows on our log that we'rereceiving well over adozen texts from them EVERY day. We don't know anyone from GA and that's on the other side of the country from us. I blocked these # from our family accounts, but they're STILL showing up on the usage log regularly. They appearrandomly, at all times of the day and night, etc. No phone calls or outgoing messages,though.15KViews6likes29ComentariosUsage shows incoming and outgoing messages between my husband and I during times I wasn't texting him.
T-mobile usage shows incoming and outgoing texts between my husband and I that lasted all day up to almost 4am. I was asleep during that time. From the usage under his number it shows we were talking all day, but from my usage it shows when we were actually talking and the correct times. I am aware of the time difference but I converted the times to my time zone and still we weren't texting each other during those times. He doesn't really know how t-mobile usage works but he does know I can see who he texts. Maybe he isn't aware I can see time as well... Could this be an error on the usage and instead of showing the actual phone number he was texting, it's just showing mine repeatedly? Or could he be texting someone else but making it seem like he's texting my number?Solved15KViews0likes5ComentariosHow to check data usage for Home Internet
I recently got T-Mobile Home Internet and I love it. However, I'd like to see how much data each device (or at least all devices) are using on the device. How can I check this out? The phone app does not show me this information, and when I log into the console via the admin IP, it doesn't show me this information either. How can I find out data usage? I have a attached a cropped out image (I'm hiding the serial number) of basically all that I see in the console. There is no data usage information. ¡Gracias!Solved6.5KViews0likes10ComentariosDetailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?
Both the app and the browser are still displaying last month's info under detailed usage data over 10 days into a new billing cycle. Is there a timeline for T-Mobile to fix it? Normally it takes a day or two after a new billing cycle. Please help!Solved4KViews12likes38ComentariosUsage Data Disparity
So last month I got a text stating I used 1.6gb of my data and if I go over 2gb that I would not receive my kickback. So I stopped using mobile data and made sure I stayed under 2gb. My Galaxy S20 showed I was under 2gb. The t-mobile app showed I was under as well under the usage page. So I thought I would receive my kickback. But I did not. The bill stated I went over and I would not get a kickback for that line. Whats strange is I never got a text saying I went over and that I would lot receive the kickback. Like Iusually do if I go over. I checked my phone and app again and both said it was under 2gb. Except when I dug deeper and checked usage details in the app, it did show I was over 2gb. But why does that not match my phone or the app'd usage data section. So fast forward to today. Again my phone shows 800mb of usage as seen below. The app usage page matches what my phone says as seen below. However under usage detail it says 1.49gb. What gives? Another thing to add is that all of my 5 other lines. The usage detail page matches the usagepage and the phone. I honestly believe something is messed up on tmobile's back end system and calculating my usage incorrectly for my one line. Which is costing me extra money because I am not getting the kickback that I qualify for. Ayuda.Solved3.6KViews4likes20Comentarios
