Visual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue
Trying to access my visual voicemail- however its not acknowledging that I'm entering a pin. Its asking me to set up a voicemail pin, I enter my numbers and just keeps asking me to confirm over and over. I double checked that my pin falls within the guidelines. Ive done the reset option and still nothing. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. I just got the phone yesterday and have not had t-mobile prior to this.
Cant hear voicemails. volume too low
I cant hear the voicemails through visual voicemail. The volume is really low and there is no way to change this. The only way i can hear them is to put it on speaker. This happens with every voicemail i get no matter the caller. Why is there not a way to turn the volume up?
Keypad definition for controlling playback of Voicemail messages on Galaxy S22
I need to be able to slow down the playback of Voicemail messages. On every other Voicemail system I have used, the 4 key does this, but that does not work on the S22. Is there some other key or key combination that would allow me to do this?Visual Voicemail Transcription in Foreign Language
I love the visual voicemail feature but sometimes I will randomly get a voicemail transcribed in a foreign language or using foreign letters/writing. My language setting in the app is English so I don't know why this randomly happens. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
