7 TopicsIntermittent Incoming Calls Going Straight to Voicemail with No Ring
I have several issues with T-Mobile's network: On occasionincoming phone calls go straight to voicemail without my phone ringing, showing a missed call notification, etc. If someone leaves a voicemailit can sometimes take an hour or more before I get the voicemail notification (but it still does not even show that an incoming call was received). 2FA messages intermittently do not come in. Theseissues has been ongoing for several years for me;and each time I go through the myriad of troubleshooting steps, only to have my devices blamed as either needing an upgrade or being third party devices. This makes zero sense, as the phonesdowork as intended immediately following me placing an outgoing phone call or by restarting the phones. I've been tasked with working on call at work, and I have missed some very important phone calls from my team and boss. Because of this, I would like to get to finally get to the bottom of this issue and have it resolved.Solved25KViews3likes27ComentariosHow to correct voicemail timestamp
My voicemail timestamp for messages left is 3 hours behind. The time on my phone is correct. Ive called to ask how to fix twice. There was a network reset done and then i was given a short code then told to add the voicemail provider number at the end then pound and enter the correct time. I was also told to access my voicemail settings through the phone app which, for me, is greyed out so Im unable to make ant sort of change there. Can anyone tell me how to correct the voicemail timestamp that hasnt been tried or been told to to. Ive tried restarting the phone and toggling the time on the phones time settings as well. ¡Gracias!552Visto2likes1ComentarioSpam Caller: +1 805 637 7243
This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.159KViews1like29Comentarios
