Our family recently transferred to T-mobile. We all have iPhone 12 Max. Since transferring to T-Mobile all of our voicemails we receive are also being "deposited" into our texts. I have searched the internet, T-mobile site, and this community trying my. best to find out how to stop this from happening. Does anyone know how to stop this. It is filling up my phone storage!76KViews8likes34Comentariosvoicemail message suddenly in spanish

I have never accepted any phone calls from people who have their Caller ID off. The ones who block Caller ID from showing those they call, any names or phone number of the caller. However, they can still leave voicemail. I just want to read or listen to voice mail from those I know. Is there a way to block unknown callers from leaving voicemail?? I already tried Robokiller, Spam Shield and Call Control. Any help??Solved19KViews0likes22ComentariosRegular voicemail notification not clearing after using visual voicemail
I have the same question that was asked in this thread, which was marked as "assumed resolved" but doesn't have answers. I have an LG G8. When I get a voicemail, I get two notifications: one is for visual voicemail and one is for regular voicemail. If I open the visual voicemail app and play the message, the notification for visual voicemail clears, but the notification for regular voicemail persists. I have tried syncing/refreshing the visual voicemail page, but the notification for regular voicemail persists. I have tried waiting, but the notification does not go away. The only way to get the notification for the regular voicemail to go away is to call in to the non-visual voicemail and listen to the message there as well. The phone does not permit me to block notification from the regular voicemail app or to disable the app. I prefer using visual voicemail to the call-in method. Any suggestions for how to get rid of the notification from the call-in voicemail app without listening to every message twice?Solved11KViews0likes16ComentariosBlock scam calls from leaving voicemail?
I have a Galaxy S10+ and Magenta Plus plan. I started receiving "Social Security" scam robocalls from a 520 area code number about a week ago, and suddenly in the last 2 days, they're calling me non-stop, literally every 30 to 60 minutes during the day. I blocked the number after the first couple instances but I'm still getting voicemail notifications and my VM is clogged with these scam robo messages. Is there a way to block the caller entirely so they can't leave voicemail? I saw on a couple other boards/threads that there are 3rd party apps that can do this but I don't want to have to install another app just to deal with this nuisance. BTW, when I first started getting the calls, I once let it play through the robocall message and it said it was putting me through to somebody. The guy who answered was very confused, so I hung up. The second time it was a guy who immediately started cursing at me. I then realized the number is bouncing me to others who think they're getting called from the scammer. So don't call the number back or stay on the line unless you want to perpetuate the scam... well, not so much a scam as some advanced but really dumb prank call game... or else a means of trying to flood our cell network in order to try to disable it?? Anyway, how do I block calls from a particular number from leaving VMs?Solved6.5KViews1like8ComentariosInternational Roaming & Rejecting Incoming Calls
If I'm out of the US traveling and someone calls me and I don't answer the call will I be charged? If that person leaves a voicemail and I don't call to check my voicemail would I be charged? If so, if I disable voicemail would it avoid me getting this charge? Or do I have to disable voicemail and remove call forwarding? There seems to be a lot of conflicting information about this. I spoke to a few T-mobile reps and some say I won't get charged and others are saying I will get charged regardless. So I honestly do not know who/what to believe! Any tips would be appreciated.4.5KViews1like19ComentariosVisual Voicemail "detected a new SIM card"
I've had my phone for over 7 months now and every time I try to log into Visual Voicemail I get the following message "We have detected a new SIM card and are confirming your account status. Please check back soon". I have tried clearing my data/cache and it works once, then I get the same message again.3.6KViews0likes5ComentariosDialing 1 to my voicemail suddenly asking for password?
As of this morning when I dial 1, instead of it telling me my voicemails it says "You have reached the voicemail system. If you have an account, press * then put in your 10 digit phone number." Its never been this way before. I called T Mobile support and the guy just said "my advice is this is more secure and this is what we prefer now after an update" This sounds like baloney because nobody I know has to do that and it happened SUDDENLY as of this morning. I check my voicemail like 30x per day, I AM NOT putting in my own phone number every type and going through all that.2.7KViews1like3Comentarios
