Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me? How do I refill my prepaid number when my credit cards won't work. I only get " Card number is invalid. Please try again. ". I already tried 2 Visa cards and tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers but they don't work. I don't want to use IVR or cash because the customer support will charge me $5. However, when I go to the website and try to refill my account, I get the following error, displayed under the "Payment method" section: We are unable to process this payment transaction. Whenever I login, either on the mobile app or through the web, when I click on "bill & pay", it NEVER loads. It just sits with a circle going around. I have tried reaching out to customer service and they have no idea why on their end. Hi, I noticed that mobile hotspots don't receive texts for verification, as such it becomes impossible to set up a T-Mobile ID and verify it. This results in late fees and difficulties paying the initial bill or setting up automatic payments. Any chance you'd like to refund the late fees and rescind any negative credit reports? When is your IT going to fix their website? We have 25 lines on our business account and NOTHING can be managed by your website which constantly crashes, hangs up, and loops multiple error messages, system not available messages, page not found messages.. the list goes on and on.
