I received the following text: T-Mobile: As part of your new My T-Mobile experience, your Autopay feature needs to be re-setup prior to your next bill cycle date. To avoid a service interruption, please login and re-setup your Autopay at <link>. However, when I go to the website and try to refill my account, I get the following error, displayed under the "Payment method" section: We are unable to process this payment transaction. The fields to input my payment information are disabled, so I cannot even attempt to make a payment.This is true regardless of whether I try to re-setup Autopay or even just make a one-time payment. Whenever I login, either on the mobile app or through the web, when I click on "bill & pay", it NEVER loads. It just sits with a circle going around. I have tried reaching out to customer service and they have no idea why on their end. Hi, I am trying to pay my account for prepaid. I input all the information and when i get to the zipcode section, the webpage tells me the zipcode I enter is "invalid". I am paying with a foriegn card. I have done this in the past with no problem and the payment page even allows my country to be selected. Ordinarily i would think that there is a restriction on a foriegn card being used, but the page allows other countries to be selected and i have paid this way in the past. Is T-Mobile using only US database for zipcode verification on transactions? Any help on how to pay this is appreciated. How do I refill my prepaid number when my credit cards won't work. I only get " Card number is invalid. Please try again. ". I already tried 2 Visa cards and tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome browsers but they don't work. I don't want to use IVR or cash because the customer support will charge me $5. When is your IT going to fix their website? We have 25 lines on our business account and NOTHING can be managed by your website which constantly crashes, hangs up, and loops multiple error messages, system not available messages, page not found messages.. the list goes on and on.
