4 TopicsHow do I turn off International calling entirely on my T-Mobile phone line?
Me or one of my family members accidentally dial a international number directly from contacts which doesn't go through WhatsApp or Hangouts and unknowingly goes through T-Mobile. I want to entirely shut off the option to dial International numbers from cellular line. ¿Cómo lo hago?14KViews1like10ComentariosInternational Wifi Calls
I am trying to understand this. i was on an international call for over 3 hours. I thought since it was a WiFi call I would not get charged expensive international rates. After my call, I received a text that my call cost me $636.00.. That's $3 a minute charge. I think that is kind of outrageous for a WiFi call. Is this standard in the industry? I just want to understand this practice. if they call me do I getcharged the same or is it free because I am the one who answered the call? Help me understand how this all works to see if I need to pursue other avenues to communicate with friends abroad I have made over the years. Thank you for your time.40KViews1like13ComentariosInternational Roaming on Magenta Max Plan
Planning on an international trip that has Simply Global Coverage. Following are my questions/doubts: Do incoming calls get charged on cellular network (when abroad) even if they are rejected? (e.g. if the call is originating from USA/country other than USAand gets transferred to voicemail after rejecting) Same question 1 but when on wifi-calling and cellular network off? Can I temporarily turn off voicemail to avoid roaming charges? if yes how? Basically, I would like to still receive incoming calls while abroad (outside USA) and only get charged for when I receive it? Would be immense help if anyone has some experience with this?210Visto0likes0ComentariosCan send, but not receive text messages via WiFi
Hello, all! I'm really hoping you can help. I already tried calling Tmobile support, even got escalated to Tier 2, with no luck. My house has almost no T-mobile coverage, so I use T-mobile WiFi when I'm here. On my iPhone Xs Max running iOS 15.4.1, I suddenly can't receivetext messages (green bubbles) via T-mobile WiFi anymore. I can send text messages fine, just not receive them. I've already tried: restarting the phone resetting the Network Settings (twice) turning iMessage off and on again turning Messages > "Send as SMS" off for 3 seconds and back on again having T-mobile support reset the line. I can even send text messages via T-mobile WiFi if the phone is in airplane mode, but I still can't receive them. This just started happening in the past couple of days. Help? (And thanks!)
