Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that's it, they don't want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don't know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?4.2KViews21likes28ComentariosWorst customer service experience ever
I have been a Tmobile customer since before they were Tmobile. it was Voicestream and I think something before that. Same number for almost 30 years same carrier all that time. Changing phones THIS TIME has been an absolute cluster. Tried to buy direct from Samsung but could not link my Tmobile account at time of purchase from Samsung. 2 hours on phone with Tmobile promised to figure out and call me in 24 hours. 72 hrs later no call. Called Tmobile no one seemed to know anything about prior call. Not willing to match Samsung (employer discount) price. Settled for what Tmobile offered but had to upgrade plan. Trying to return old phone noticed either a scratch or small crack despite being in a Defender case and GOTO glass cover every minute since it was new. Called since I"m worried I won't have it returned in time. ZERO help. 1st rep tried but they are in a different country, have trouble with English language, and could not do much except repeat the same thing despite my question. Asked for supervisor, he was reluctant to transfer me, came back and said sup can't do anything. Asked to be transferred. "Supervisor" answers phone "We can't extend time" no hello my name is X how can I help. Nothing. I tried to explain all I've been through only to be cut of by "supervisor" mid sentence. Rude. Zero Help. Asked to be transferred to his supervisor and was told he was the highest escalation. Period. There was a time not that long ago when I thought your customer service was stellar. People were obviously based in the US, they were eager to help and made sure they got the problem solved. Called back when they said they would when necessary. I hate change but will be changing carriers. Well done TMobile! Way to kick the sleeping bear.I will take my business and my loyalty to a company that actually appreciates it. I do customer service all day long and have for 41 years. When I'm the customer, I expect to be treated as such. If I acted like this I would not have any customers. How about brining back US based customer service and the chat feature? Your chat feature was among the best out there. Do better!ZERO STARS.181Visto2likes3ComentariosT-mobile lost my trade in, warehouse never scam my device. They refused to do anything
We sent in 4 device for trade-in. All device were shown received by warehouse. 3 device got scanned in and credit it. 1 device never got scan and T-mobile refused to do anything. They keep calling and asking for help because they couldn't find my device. Their respond was that our warehouse didn't scan your device, there is nothing that can be done if we did not scan your device. They won't allow this to escalate or lost or stolen device. My tracking shows clearly it was delivered the same way my other 3 device were trade-in. They do not suggest it was lost or stolen because they claim they have the safety security camera in place. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months now and they just wouldn't have an answer for me. I see so many post about this same issue but yet their respond was " we do not lose device when it gets sent to our warehouse". I find it unreal that there is no check and balance system. Share your experience with me because I have seen many others and lately is getting worst.1.8KViews3likes17Comentariosen_vivo

I've been a customer of Tmobile for the last 22 years, but unfortunately, I have recentlyhad the absolute worst experience ever received from Tmobile's customer service. Truly disappointing! I'd like to know if there is an customer complaint email that I should address my experience too rather than posting here? I am not one to complain over trivial things, but this recent experience goes beyond trivial. Honestly debating if I should remain a customer.76Visto0likes2ComentariosRude behavior of customer care representative
Customer care representative threatened me to block my account and cancel all my lines if I call again for an issue I am facing. (On 9/2 I have added lines and devices with the help of customer care rep as I've faced issues while adding lines from mobile all. Then representative charged me activation fee for the lines and asked me to call back after receiving devices for refund(activation fee). This is utterly disgusting service, never expected from a t Mobile repSolved504Visto0likes5Comentarios
