I tried calling 233 but it doesn't get through. I received this email message and when I go to my.t-mobile.com it asks for my phone number but when I put my phone number it says such number doesn't exist. I am on prepaid plan and still keep getting messages asking me to refill even after that. Please help. -- Your service has been canceled.
