Has anyone else received this kind of letter from Assurant? I received a letter from Assurant stating " You recently visited a t mobile store to replace your malfunctioning devic. We've processed this replacement as an approved claim under your device protection coverage." I didn't go to return a device.So something fraudulent has happened. I called them and gave them the claim number on the letter. They told me the claim is close.There's nothing that they could do about it when I tried to explain That I did not open this claim.He immediately started being rude and very aggressive and just kept repeating himself that the closed. I asked speak to a supervisor five times he kept saying That the claim has been closed. I finally lost my temper and told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor immediately. He was very rude talking over me and raising his voice at me then said he was Transferring me to a supervisor buddy.He hung up on me instead. I called back someone else answered the phone.There was no notes on my account about the previous conversation. But said I needed to go to the t mobile store. T mobile has no record of me going to a store in opening a claim. Just wandering if anybody else has received the same letter and did not have a claim opened.20Visto0likes0Comentarios
