The sound & vibration is under settings on the watch but there's another button that looks like a speaker. This is a mute button. When activated, the watch won't make sound or vibrate. I added my sister as a guardian on my kid's SyncUP 2 watches. She received the invites and downloaded the app when instructed. Now the app wants her to login. This is what I need to know... Does she use my login info? Does she create her own login info and profile to get into the app? Or does she use her husband's login info for their T-Mobile account? Not yet. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my Google messages texting app. I've tried various instructions on advice forums regarding settings in my phone. Other MMS messages like pictures go through without issues. I'm going call T-Mobile customer service and see if someone from tech support can help. My child's SyncUP watch 2 is not receiving incoming audio text messages from contacts. Regular written texts come in, emojis come in, photos come in, phone calls come in, and video chat calls come in... HOWEVER, I send audio voice text messages from my Galaxy Android phone and they aren't received on his watch. There's no error shown on my phone. It shows that an MMS text was sent successfully. I've tried restarting his watch and restarting my phone but that didn't help. He is able to send me audio texts from his watch to my phone without any issues. These are just my suggestions, don't know if they would work. 1) did you do a factory reset on the watch? Then it would act like it's new from the box. Then insert your new sim card. Download the T-life app for setup and pairing. 2) when you spoke to T-Mobile rep, they checked to make sure the watch was activated on a line of service for you, right? And removed from any other users' T-Mobile account, right? They would need the numbers from the back of the watch.17Visto0likes0Comentarios
