Re: Wrong phone description
First, congratulations on geting one on day 1 :) Im totally jealous after my T-Mobile order debacle. With that out of my system - this is pretty common for third party purchased phones. As long as the IEMI/listing information in the system is correct, this should work out no problem. The reason for this is that they don't have the 256 listed in their offers so they don't have a corresponding listing for what you ACTUALLY have. Just like if I went to ATT there are T-Mobile exclusive combinations of the S20FE that samsung did with the carriers that ATT would list it as something else or even not do a trade in at all because they wouldnt have a listing for it. I'd wait a little bit and then go back and have them correct it in a month or two after the dust has settled from this launch.26Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: One way audio on Android 11
This happens sometimes on non-Pixel phones, too. I have an S20FE that exhibits this on wifi - also dropped calls - but is fine on cell network making the same call from the same place. Sometimes it takes a wifi off/on to force the connection to be re-established "cleanly" and every once in a while a reset of the phone is what gets back to good. Out of curiosity - is there anything you have observed about this behavior: What percentage of the time do you experience this? Is it always after the phone has been on a certain amount of time? Does turning wifi off then on again get you back to a normal call via wifi? Does a restart clear it (return you to consistently acceptable wifi calling)?4Visto1like0ComentariosPixel 6 Pro doesnt work on 5G UC
Anyone have any ideas? I can't call or text on 5G UC. It's shows signal and on network but nothing works. I had to disable 5G and reboot my phone to get it to work. The Pixel also has trouble moving from wifi calling to mobile and will say disconnected like this even though it shows mobile connectivity. Pixel 6 Pro. Purchased from and shipped by T-Mobile. On T-Mobile network. Northern Colorado.3.9KViews1like9ComentariosRe: What does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?

Wait until you receive your phone, then ship it. If you need more time, reach out to customer care and document the conversation and the problem. Can definitely understand the concern, with past launches its inconvenient to have to deal with - because you have to ASK them to fix it, they dont just recognize the problem sometimes -but in the end they did end up fixing credits for some pre-order problems like this.5Visto1like0ComentariosRe: What does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?

That's good to see! Congratulations, I know its pretty aggravating to not truly be on "day one" but still you know its coming quickly!4Visto1like0ComentariosWhat does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?
I paid off a "free" phone, upgraded my account and don't see the Pixel 6 Pro pre-order in my order status. Is this normal? If you have a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro pre-ordered, how does that appear on your account? Did you complete the device agreement signature, etc at time of pre-order? Customer service has provided an order number and assured the pre-order is in. It feels rather vague and a bit alarming that there is zero way to track the order, no way to know expected ship date, etc.Solved4.4KViews1like50ComentariosRe: galaxy Z fold 3 out of stock?
Right now, supply chain management is more voodoo than it is software and science. It's hard to get allocation, manufacturing by everyone is delayed, there are shortfalls in many common materials, and then the ports are overloaded. In the same way that you cant walk into a store like you used to and have 25 different multi-function laser printers in every conceivable manufacturer and form factor, getting phones across many different colors, models, variations, etc, is a bit difficult. I doubt very much that even if we had the T-Mobile VP of supply chain on this thread right this second that even that person would know the answer themselves. They would probably tell you exactly where in the chain they have several thousand units on order but no idea when they would clear [insert step here] because of [politically correct term for COVID uncertainty].6Visto1like0Comentarios
