Re: Wanting to return ~7-10 year old CellSpot, fastest way to get return label?
I just got the e-mail a couple of weeks ago saying that the warehouse accepted my returned CellSpot TM-AC1900. Getting the return label was like pulling teeth. Eventually, TForce (on X/Twitter) sent me a return label with a RMA number of all ones (e.g. 111111111) which concerned me but it worked. My understanding is that the problem is that the TM-Ac1900 doesn't list it's SKU (# 610214693976) anywhere, without which the S/N is of no use to the return system. The important thing is if it is still shown on your account profile. If it is, you are on the hook for that ancient piece of junk. Here is a discussion I started on Reddit on the topic.23Visto1like0ComentariosRe: How to get a physical SIM for foreigner.

Is there a way for Japanese travelers to buy a SIM card for T-Mobile's postpaid service? The problem is that it's somewhat like a non-resident foreigner buying cell service in Japan. In Japan every document requires your resident ID. In the US , every credit account requires your Social Security Number and Credit Report. There is no problem setting up prepaid service but postpaid is a credit account that requires a credit report.6Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Switch Providers?
T-Mobile used to have a Lifetime Coverage Guarantee. With some conditions, you could claim bad coverage, get the phone unlocked, port out your line and continue to make monthly equipment payments. Catch was, you lost any monthly credits, so you ended up paying full price for the phone. I don't know if they still have this program or not.19Visto0likes0Comentarios
