Re: Tmobile trade in is SCAM
After being with T-mobile for several years, loving them, loving their price, loving their support, etc…. Earlier this year I bought new phones at a T-Mobile Sams club kiosk. They said I would get $300.00 per phone trade in (one apple, one samsung) they wrote it down (no signature or name, just notes) and gave me the notes. I received the pre-paid UPS envelopes a couple of days later and immediately sent both the samsung and apple phone. Within a week or so the t-mobile site showed they had received the Samsung and shortly after started getting the $300.00 discount on the Samsung. I started getting text saying they hadn't received the Apple and have received that text several times now. I have called multiple times, talkes to multiple reps. Each said yes the trade in value for the iPhone should be $300.00. Butjust give it time. Then I received text saying if I didn't return the phone now I wouldn't get any trade-in. Called again, was on the phone with them for about an hour. Now they say they definetly received the phone, but instead of $300.00 per phone it was $150.00 per phone. But said theywould research why the Sam's Club kiosk agent and all their other phone support had told me it was $300.00 per phone. I haven't heard back, but today I received another text saying my phone hadn't been received. I truely believe they didn't receive the phone, but because it was a pre-paid UPS envelope that they purchased, I can't open a case with UPS, and T-Mobile won't open a case. I think the worst part is that they just don't care that they made a mistake or won't take any action to even determine if they can find the phone. In a short period of time my opinion of T-Mobile has gone from a 5+ to a 1. They can be such a great company, I hope they get their act together.9Visto0likes0Comentarios
