Auto Pay with credit cards ends
Tmobile is ending Autopay with credit cards starting in May. This is a bad PR move l with all the data breached. Who would with a sound mind link their bank account to autopay? https://tmo.report/2023/02/t-mobile-is-planning-to-end-autopay-discount-for-these-customers/6.5KViews20likes35ComentariosRe: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
I'll still be paying with a credit card. LB7557 wrote: Add the fact that TMobile is notorius for data breaches. At least you have protection using your credit card, none using your bank account. Just a matter of time before someone gets their checking account wiped out. This business decision sucks.7Visto13likes0ComentariosRe: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?

After suffering *several* hacks & thefts of personal identity information because of T-Mobile's lax security T-Mo now expects me to give them access to my debit card or bank account!?! T-Mo must be CRAZY! NEVER!!! And, yah, shopping around with other carriers… How many other carriers pay the plans taxes when you start looking? I'll be interested.7Visto11likes0ComentariosRe: No Love For Loyal Customers of 20+ Years?
I've been a Tmobile customer for 15 plus years and for the past 5 years I've been buying my phones outright instead of doing the promos being offered. Two years ago I bought my Pixel 4XL for 50% off without having to add a line or change plans 4 months after the phone was released. Luckily I'm not a fan of Apple or Samsung.12Visto6likes0ComentariosRe: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?

Especially since I use Apple Pay which gives me the additional 3% cashback on top of the $20 discount And the credit card I pay with has phone insurance covering theft and accidental damage. As long as I pay the bill with it... Tmobile best rethink this decision. I'm in the same boat as you but my Tmobile plan pays my taxes. I don't think many other carriers do that.3Visto5likes0ComentariosRe: $5 auto-pay discount, T-Mobile's breach of contract

No surprises--this is a BIG surprise and there is NO way I would trust TMobile or any business with my banking information. As someone else said, I'm switching back to paper at the very least. I'm checking deals from other carriers and I have been with tmobile for over 10 years. So much for being loyal. I understand new customers having to do ACH to get a discount, but this is gouging your loyal customer. It's happening with all of the big three. https://www.theverge.com/2023/8/30/23852255/verizon-att-t-mobile-autopay-discount-debit-bank-credit-card9Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: Is there a way to check texts sent/received from another line on my account?
I'm the account holder on my plan and I can't see the content of my wife's text but in theory if I install digits I probably can get her messages sent to my phone. It's a very shady thing to do.189Visto4likes0Comentarios
