Re: Activate a sim card
The sim cards have a date on the front that tells you when the card needs to be activated by. Usually, the date on the card is about a year, but it can vary depending on manufacture and inventory. Once activated, it will be usable indefinitely. It should be fine if you decide to wait a couple of months.131Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Replacement phone
If you have a broken phone (I will call phone A) and you filed a claim to get a replacement phone (I will call phone B), then phone A would need to be sent back to the insurance, or you will be charged a non-return fee. If you pay that fee, then the phone would be considered yours and paid off and you could unlock it. Phone B would be attached to any payment plan you had for the original phone and would be eligible for unlock once paid off. If you just bought a new phone to use instead of phone A, then both would be yours as soon as each payment plan isdone. They should be eligible for unlock as soon as any payment plan is completed. Your situation may be different from either of these. If you did something else, it would be useful if you could share a little more information so we could give you a better answer.63Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Jump Upgrades
The Protection 360 feature has many great benefits. While you are making payments on a phone, you do have the option to upgrade it once you pay off at least 50%. The benefits are not just while you are paying off the phone. As long as you have the feature, it also covers your phone with an extended warranty for any mechanical problems and insurance coverage for loss or damage. If your phone is fully paid off, then upgrading is it not technically considered a Jump; it's just a normal trade in. The best part about having a device fully paid off is that you can usually use them for the best trade-in promotions.82Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Digits
It sounds like you have everything set up correctly to get those message notifications loud and clear. There are a few things that you can toggle to try and kick the notifications to work properly. Unassign and reassign the line turn off notifications in the app and settings and then turn them back on. Try turning on Cellular-mode only and test. Then turn it off again. If all else fails, uninstall the app and reinstall it. That usually irons out all the kinks to make it work better.82Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How do you get your "Welcome Reward"?
Hey there! Great news! I was able to find a AAA promotion for a $50 rebate, so it is not a scam. You do need to submit for the rebate atpromotions.t-mobile.comwith promo code240186within 45 days ofactivating yournew account. A rebate submission is required for each ported line.Rebate processing may take up to 30 days from submission. Once approved, you should receive a text message with your virtual card within seven business days.12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: access customer service chat from my computer
On the T-Mobile website, there is a bubble at the bottom of the screen that says "I'm here to help!" or "Any questions?"That is our online chat service that you can use to contact T-Mobile from your computer. You can also send a direct message to our T-Force team by selecting one of the social media icons at the bottom of any Community or T-Mobile.com page.71Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Like to remove a phone from my Simple Choice Family Unlimited Talk and Text plan, but it will not lower by monthly bill
There were a few times when it was available to get a four-line family deal. If you added the fourth line to get one of those deals, then removing the line could actually increase the bill. You could also have some other type of promotion that could fall off if you cancel the line. For example, if you purchased a phone when you added the line and got a promotion to get the phone free, the promotional credits for the phone could stop if you remove the line. Those are a couple of possibilities that I can think of without seeing the account. What I would do in your situation is reach out to the T-Force team by sending a message on Facebook or X so they can review the account and see what your options are.44Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: OnePlus Nord200 5G won't connect to Android Auto
It is great that the overall location setting is on, but there is another level to location. Each app has its own permission for using your location. Maybe you want Google Maps to have your location, but you don't want your social media to see it. You have the power to decide which app can and cannot see you. From What you show of your car's screen, it looks like Android Auto is connected, you just have to change that location permission and you should be good to go. Go to Settings >Location> App access to location > Maps and make sure it is selected to Allow all the time or Allow only when using the app.34Visto1like0ComentariosRe: iphone xr lost or possibly stolen 4 years ago and am curious if i can find with IMEI???
Hey there. The IMEI does not provide any tracking capability. The way to track your phone would be through the account that is linked to it. Find my iPhone or Google Device Manager are a couple examples of accounts that can track devices when they are lost.22Visto0likes0Comentarios
