I can't believe this happened to me too. I believed on the tmobile customer service when he said I register for 1 line and 2nd line free. Now, after 2 yearsI figured out that I paid for that free line for 2 years; costed me more than $700. The customer service says they will help to cancel that line and reimbursed $30.
